Nice comfortable apartment with very large living areas, lots of space, good parking. Good location.

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated being given the apartment that had 2 bathrooms, which we had requested if available. It was walking distance from Kingston Hotel, which was very handy for going out for a drink and dinner.Also, we couldn't get the ignition on the stovetop to work so someone came to fix it - replaced battery, which was good.

The edge of the mattress in the double room sloped off to the side. As I was sleeping alone I was able to move into the middle of the bed but otherwise this would have been a problem.

It met our needs for a place to stay, good location.

Bathroom needs a good clean, shower stained with soap scum. No hand soap, instead had hand moisturiser at the sink. Kitchen curtain was half hanging off

Really comfortable. Everything you need.Great location and parking. Reception staff accommodating and helpful.Have stayed at Oxley Apartments many times and will stay again in the future.Quiet and easy to get to.

Location and size

Strong cigarette smell and not enough utensils or cookware. There were only 3 forks, no baking trays for oven or many cooking utensils.

Comfy bed, spacious apartment, parking

Cleanliness, (due to lack of staff, but still), so the room was not ready by the end of check-in time. However, this could be improved in near future. Good luck!

Property was not clean. Used towel left behind door, unclean pillow cases in wardrobe. Additional sheets requested were not provided.

Space for a family of 4 to live for a couple of days. Cooking facilities. Living and bedroom space. Location

Comfortable beds, slept very well. Good size TV, comfortable sofa and chairs, full sized dining table with six chairs. Proper kitchen with full-sized fridge and stove (oven and 4 gas burners), microwave, toaster, kettle. Quite peaceful, didn't hear other guests at all. Nice view from the balcony. Full bathroom, also a laundry (although we didn't stay long enough to use it).

The only thing missing was a privacy lock on the bathroom; had to be sure to knock before entering.

Lovely leafy location.

Solid blind in main bedroom not up only sheer so light came through all night from opposite stair well. Slept in kids bedroom.

The hotel was in an excellent location close to shops in the Kingston and Manuka suburbs and to attractions. There was parking onsite, the kitchen was fully functional and the shower was excellent. The apartment had plenty of space which made it comfortable for all.

Nothing was bad about this hotel, well worth the cost for the night.

Parking was a bit tight. Manageable but tight.

The location was good, just a short walk to the shops at Kingston and close to public transport and places to eat. Staff very obliging.

To be honest, the location was the only good thing about the apartment.

The apartment was dirty, smelt of stale smoke, holes in the carpet and the complete opposite to what was depicted in the images found on your website/App.It is definitely not qualify for the 4 star rating provided.

good central location

definitely not a 4 star. The apartment looks better in the daytime on a sunny day but is fairly much non-descript and basic. The Apartment would definitely benefit for new and better lighting to dispel the gloomy vibes on arrival at night

LIKE : friendly & helpful front desk staff , quiet environment surrounded with plants & bird chirping DISLIKE : Subtle stale smell in the premises when entered. Oven knobs are oily & stained with oil residue (brown & sticky)Short of cutlery & broken kitchen gadgets (not replaced) despite we booked & checked in as 4 guests.
