The restaurant closed too early and no drinks available

First cabin the shower didn’t work. They moved us (we paid the extra), second cabin was a smaller bed, shower drain needed cleaning out, air conditioner didn’t work. Breakfast was a rip off $60 for both of us, only 1 out of 4 salt grinders had anything in it. Better value at a cafe with better service

Nicely nestled amongst nature and walking tracks. Plenty of activities around the park to keep you busy and outside.

Facilities were great

Very noisy, our cabin was across from the reception/restaurant and at 10.15 at night it was still very loud. Room was clean but still found 3 cockroaches in our 2 night stay.

Facilities were very good and staff helpful

The cabins entry was full with of cigarettes and beer lids ‘ the stairs looked frail and broken and no forks in the kitchen

Location was OK.

There was a lot of noise, caused by partying teenagers. The noise continued until after midnight.

Location - only 5 minutes from where we live. We have been twice in last 2 years for my daughters slumber Bday party for the space/rooms and pool facilities.

Bin lid was broken and as we are avid recycling people would like to suggest a second bin.$29 at Kmart

Great location , staff were amazing when we went to our cabin and it wasn't ready . Amazing laundry service

The ceiling fan in the bathroom was really dirty, so was the air conditioner in the kitchen .

Mediocre for the price we paid.The pool was dirty The Verandah restaurant is overpriced.The buffet breakfast we paid for was a joke - there was barely anything available, the staff simply couldn’t keep up with cooking, and we sat there for 40 minutes just to get something to eat. And coffee isn’t even included in breakfast, not even instant - you have to pay extra for barista’s coffee

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of our cabin. The kitchen and bathroom sinks had visible mould, the shower curtain was mouldy, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a very long time, you could see the dirt caked on. When we arrived, the cabin was completely closed up on a very hot day, and the air-conditioning wasn’t turned on. Even once we switched it on, it struggled to cool such a small space.The “double bed” was actually two singles pushed together and was very uncomfortable. After checking the mattress to see why it felt so bad, we found hair under the pillows, which made us question whether the bedding had even been cleaned. The doona didn’t have a cover just a sheet thrown over it. The bedroom was so cramped there wasn’t even enough room to get dressed properly, and the wall was cracked as if someone had fallen into it before.After an eight-hour drive with three young children, this was the last thing we wanted to walk into. It’s very disappointing, especially because the rest of the park is wonderful and well maintained. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying again.

The overall facilties of the park are fantastic. The swimming and BBQ areas, landscaping, restaurant and the shared bathroom were very nice and clean.

Our bathroom had a very strong urine smell if we left the window closed, even after I tried to clean everything with disinfectant wipes when we first arrived. So we didn't feel clean even after showering because the smell was so bad. Thankfully the shared bathrooms were just across from us and they were very nice and clean to use.There wasn't enough cutlery for all 5 of us but we got some extra from reception and the restaurant.We also needed tongs for the BBQ but they were plastic heads which were melted and black on the ends which wasn't nice to use. The plastic kettle could also do with an upgrade, even just a cheap stainless steel one from kmart would be so much better for people to use. I understand the cabins we got are not as nice as other cabins on the property but you can get proper stainless steel things so cheap from kmart to have a better standard even for those that can't afford the more expensive cabins/villas.

This is a kids paradise! We loved staying here. The pools were fantastic, the staff friendly and the food at the restaurant lovely too. We loved all the activities- basketball, badminton, swimming etc.

Room very old and air conditioner needed replacing. Only cooled main area. Cabin needed upgrading. Facilities in cabin very worn and dated. Toilet looked like it was falling apart.Loved the idea of the bar and restaurant however found food to be very overpriced based on the menu available. Was not impressed to have to pay nearly $30 for a basic burger and chips.

Splash pad was amazing and so much fun for the toddler, and the restaurant was beautiful with the burger being perfect and the mocktails wonderful

The mattress/bed was a little uncomfortable.

Location is great with bush outlook. Good parking. Self contained with kitchenette.

Cabin is due for an upgrade so a little overpriced for 2 people I think.

Cabin was extremely hot and air con didn’t cope till storm arrived. Cabin rented for 6 but seating and cutlery etc would not have accommodated 6. Facility was worn, tired looking. No room on balcony for more than 1 person.
