Room and bed was excellent, everything was clean and as we wanted. Look dear I don’t have time to write more, but we’re very happy to stay at all time when we go to Canberra. Thank you from Mr&Mrs Ali

It is easy to go around in Canberra from Adina Apartment, most of the we stayed there, parking was good . Nothing much I can say .Thanks

Clean,restocked and fresh towels daily. Undercover parking

The location was very good, quite central but also back from Northbourne Ave so it was quiet at night. The parking was secure, the bed was very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed with a toddler (including a crib that was supplied).

Quite location and easy to access - plenty of space in the parking garage Rooms were soundproofed so we couldn't hear anyone in the room next to us

Shower wasn't sealed properly so shower leaked when used.We were able to get extra towels from the front desk to use to stop the water coming out from under the shower door.

Close to public transport. Bedding was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable

Furnishings are in poor condition. Most of the drapery needs repair. Washing machine worked well however the dryer made a terrible noise.

The beds were comfortable and we loved the view from our room, the parking was really handy as well with an elevator straight up to our floor.

The name "serviced" should be taken out of their name, the only way that we got new towels was by finding the cleaning cart and helping ourselves. There was no servicing of the apartments and we found out that apparently it was every 3 days that they would service if you asked for it. We missed this and had assumed by the name of the accommodation that it would be serviced. There were also aspects of the room that weren't very clean, an inch of dust on the bench etc.

The serviced apartment was good size and clean.

The bed was too soft and NOT comfortable at all. It sinks in the middle.

Location was fine. Fast internet.

Shower leaked onto bathmat so on exiting the shower you stepped onto a soaked mat.Sold as a serviced apartment but in truth it was just a motel room.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

Very comfortable bed in a spacious apartment with good facilities. Very convenient car park.

Would have preferred a straight microwave instead of a cooker / oven type unit.No counter space in the bathroom to put stuff.Shower head spray was too narrow. Had to run around the shower to get wet. LOL.

Location

Mattress was two zipped together. Room had a bad smell. Air con didn’t work. Bathroom and shower were old and dirty. No amenities on site. Staff were not welcoming.

The apartment was clean and functional. Location is within a reasonable distance to city. Rooms were quiet and plenty of parking. Kitchenette and laundry in apartment very useful and some ameneties provided.

Shower tiles had mould. No additional toilet tissue with two half used rolls on the holders. Only two towels provided for two adults staying two nights (they didn't dry in time) with no hand towel or face cloth (how is one supposed to wash using shower gel with no washer?). The bottom sheet was made 'short' so it finished 30cm before the end of the bed which was uncomfortable and annoying. The TV/entertainment felt like going back 15 years in time, no option for netflix/youtube/wireless casting.

The spa in my room wasn’t working and that was the main reason why I pay more for this room

Property taxes as in great condition, very comfortable beddings.

Phone were not working throughout our stay, we informed reception but they said it cannot be fixed until Monday which was our last day of stay!! So bit disappointed with that!! Other than that staff, location, facilities were really nice.

The hotel was located in a very convenient location, and the front desk staff members we interacted with were very nice and kind.The room size and facilities available were very reasonable for the price we paid for a location very close to Canberra city centre.

Unfortunately, the property wasn't very clean - the sheets and bedding had coffee stains, and the toilet and the bathroom sink were not cleaned properly. Also, the fact that there were no street lights of any sort late at night around the area made us feel a bit unsafe since we were walking to the property from the light rail stop.

Have washer and dryer. Washer was not clean and needs a round of empty wash before the actual laundry but overall convenient.

Need to get through 2 doors to enter your own apartment.
