Room was spotless, cool and comfortable

The cost was excessive!

Lovely room, and the bed was soooo comfy. Food was lovely - dinner and breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

So noisy from the club ! You’ll need ear plugs. I paid for double glazed windows in the room and they gave me a room straight opposite the club, I could see the people through my window. There was tons of dust on the window seal and we got an allergy reaction (allergic to dust)

Great location with plenty of parking, room is modern and incredibly clean. I didn’t hear any disturbances from the lower levels. Restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with cheerful staff.

Pillows were huge , very large profile. Would suggest having low and high profile pillows for personal preference. I had to go buy a pillow on day 2.

The location is great (why we booked this hotel). The facilities were excellent and a very beautifully appointed hotel. We were able to park safely in the carpark. The room was perfect for our needs.

Well presented. Clean. Friendly staff. Good communication. Great restaurant and bar. Our waitress was great. Breakfast is à la carte with real espresso. Rooms are quiet considering the location. The bathroom was modern with a good shower.

We stayed Friday night. So very raucous bar noise. However the room did a pretty good job of dampening it. Parking was also limited due to the business of the bar/ restaurant.

Location and room facilities. Quietness and safety for families. Restaurant menu was okay, would have loved some more variety.

Penne pasta for kids and margaritas pizza were not nice/ properly cooked.Mixed customer service from staff, some were really nice and helpful, others quite poor customer service. With one gentleman at the restaurant on Thursday morning for brekkie we found quite arrogant in his tone and attitude.

Always very clean, modern and luxurious. Value for money and breakfast is always amazing. Staff are friendly, kind and welcoming.

We will always choose the Marion Hotel if staying out and don’t dislike anything about it.

Fantastic breakfast, wonderful, friendly and very approach staff. Bed was amazing, bath was even better. Will definitely coming back.

Great Location, Great food,

I was towing a trailer so finding somewhere to park was a bit of an issue.

Exceptional staff - I left items in the wardrobe and subsequently spoke with three staff (Ben, Kate and a lovely lady on the Monday). Each knew and followed up. I got my items back. The rooms are beautifully appointed and everything has been considered. The complimentary items were very welcome after a long day at the hospital. We also dined there and our meals were outstanding.

Checking it greeted by lovely staff, Room was very spacious well presented clean and tidy room comfortable King bed to sleep in.
