Very old decor, tiny bathroom

The property was old but clean, it had all that l needed.

It smelt of cigarette smoke, I was on the second level and there was a guest smoking outside the unit on the balcony. Also another guest below my unit on the ground floor also smoking.

Close to the beach ,the room was clean

we were given two single beds instead of a double bed

Beds and pillows were terrible. Very cold and outdated. The shower went cold. Rather disgusting that all you can smell is cigarette smoke. Toilet paper was terrible and cheap

Good location, shower was awesome, room had everything needed for an overnight stay.

Bed was uncomfy for my liking.

Location, cleanliness, good antic gift shop.

Location was magnificent, 5 minutes max walk to glenelg beach , 15 min walk to glenelg jetty and food precinct. Quiet little motel. Nice clean room.and amenities. Off street parking and friendly greetby staff on arrival.

Whats not to like. Just wish I could have stayed longer

Better than expected from photographs, we were on second floor which was preferred then bottom which worked well. Safe location, good walking to distance to everything

Aircon was very loud, you can't sleep with it on and the rooms are to small for airflow so unfortunately was a bad sleep

A local landmark and well priced for the area. Decent sized room and bathroom, great location with several cafes and pubs a minute walk away, quiet at night, nice staff, good off street parking which was often quite full but could always find a spot despite it being peak xmas season. Aircon worked fine on some 30C+ days.

Mattress had seen better days but not too bad. Shower head had the droop and needs replacing. Morning cleaning staff were rather chatty outside the door but I guess they had to compete with the above door mounted air cons to be heard between themselves. It's a budget motel so if you're looking for silence stay elsewhere.

It’s close to the beach. Has a number of cafes near it. It has parking space too and the room was cleaned every day.

The bathroom sliding door didn’t have a lock or a latch. I thought it had a kitchenette, but only had a microwave and a kettle along with a small refrigerator.

Room was tidy and well maintained. Simple but entirely suited our needs.

Multi power outlet may need to be replaced (charging plugs felt loose, and sometimes arcing could be heard)

Great location, handy to cafes etc. Seems tidy and well looked after. Simple but adequate.

Bed a little firm, but probably not unusually so.

The best thing about the Norfolk Motor Inn is the location. It’s not a bad place to stay but for over two hundred bucks a night, it needs a bit of work.

on my second night, there was a knock at my door 2am asking if I was the lady who gave massages. I told him to get lost, and then they asked through the door if I knew which room?!!!!!! I told the male manager the next day and asked if I could move to a room at the back, not front. He told me this has never happened before and that they are too busy for me to move rooms!!!! He said put a do not disturb sticker on handle and call him anytime if happens again!!!! Yeh, my safety was not his concern at all and the locks on doors not great, so realise that women are not a priority here or their safety

I liked the managers attitude .helpful but not intrusive . The cleaner was good .It was friendly and not intrusive . Very good .

I didn't like the carpet cleaner outside my door on Sunday morning however I appreciated that the carpets are cleaned.

Short walk to several nice eateries. Owner/Manager pleasant and friendly. Room and linens spotlessly clean.

Be aware they supply soap but you need to bring shampoo

Good location, room clean , tiles along bottom in bathroom could do with a little extra scrub .apart from that parking was easy .Room has microwave / toaster / kettle / fridge ,all we …need for a night or two stay Very quiet for being on a sorta busy road Staff nice and friendly

Great location. Walking distance to local pubs and cafes. Clean rooms with microwave, toaster and kettle and car parking a bonus. Steve is friendly and always makes us feel welcomed.
