The staff were exceptional as was the hotel

Opportunity to change apartments

Poorly equipped cooking utensils in first apartment (101) which we asked for a change and staff complied.

Location was perfect, and the room was comfortable. The beds are very nice. We used the pool, the spa and even the sauna, loved it. The apartment size was roomy. The undercover car park was very reassuring and safe.

Spacious, clean, beautiful view, all the facilities of home. Huge balcony! Very comfortable loungeroom and spacious kitchen. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver.

A sachet of washing powder would have been handy, as I needed to buy a kilo box to do one load then travel with it the next day. Also I wasn't able to cast to the TV as it required a password (I called reception but they were unable to help). A full length mirror would have been great!

Excellent location. It’s really close to the beach and the Glenelg city center. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities near.

The internet is appalling, the furniture is old, the rooms are not cleaned while you’re staying there.

I liked the location and the view from our balcony. Our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Most of all, I was very impressed with the friendly staff and service.

We got a apartment that had a cot hire, washing machine and dishwasher. The washing machine did not wash properly and had several issues, bathroom floor needed a deep clean and the cot was not usable

Disappointing we paid $500 + a night and had NO service or extra linen provided daily,TV didn't work

The floors were dirty, there was mould inthe bathroom and the toilet was Brokern.There was no TV only 2 chanels - NO FREE TO AIR

Our room was clean but dated and had weird decking on the balcony which made it not that nice to sit on

Absolutely nothing

Apartment was good and location excellent

I found the bedroom to be a bit hard to deal with not having a window and having a glass door so light shone through if I went to bed earlier than the other guest.A bit of a problem with the cupboards being so high we had trouble reaching cups and glasses

Location was so good and we were upgraded so we had a room with a view of the beach.

Dishwasher wasn’t working

Location is excellent with shops and restaurants close by. Apartments are large with a balcony and view

Excellent location near the centre of Glenelg so easy access to trams to head into Adelaide.

The shower needs a proper clean to rid it of mould.

The cleaner was very rude. Just stared, and when spoken to, gave no response. The most upsetting ,disrespectful, rude, ugly behaviour was from PABLO. He yelled at me at reception in front of people. For a mistake they made. No apology. Charged us an extra $450 / night. So much stuff around . PABLO is not a people person. He has no expression, his body language is that of a slob. His indifference to customers is woeful. Greedy hungry non Australian. Go back home to where you came from and stop poisoning Australia.

Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment.

Water was turned off 1 night and I was not informed of same.

The location couldnt have been better, close to the beach and transport and plenty of choices to shop/eat

reception were somewhat cold
