Villawood Hotel

Was expecting a room with a queen size or double bed and a single bed not bunks and a single bed. toilet and shower were at the other end of a long hallway. You could hear noises from the gaming room below. No bistro had to go elsewhere no milk for coffee

The room was clean...comfortable bedding...spacious bathroom...newly renovated facilities.

Street noise at night...loud thumping heard within the motel during the early hours of the morning...some rough motorcycle drivers dropping people off during the early hours of the morning and scrambling up the stairs like they are in fear of someone.

Location was convenient and check-in was easy. Room had all the amenities we needed (noting we paid extra for a private bathroom) and bed was decently comfortable.

The hotel was incredibly noisy, and the curtains weren't black out - my friend and I didn't sleep at all the night we were there. The bathroom was also not super clean (e.g. stains in the toilet) and I had to remove a cockroach.

Friendly and welcoming staff

the room had a musty smell. the bed was very soft and it was two singles joined together which kept on separating for some reason and created a gap in the middle which got quite uncomfortable.

Never again

There was no toiletries in the barhrooms they were empty, no paper towel in female bathroom but overflowing hun full of paper towel in male bathroom. Showers were dirty and bad water pressure. Only supplied 1 towel. My room smelt like cat pee and bad bo. People slamming doors early hours of the morning and young kids running and screaming at 6:30am. Would not recommend to any one.

Everything was good I loved it

I think there should be more milk sugar and coffee and should have water because it’s a little to expensive for just a night there. It’s not really quite because there is people slamming the doors and people banging on the walls at night time and late in the morning so I kept waking up because of it but other then that it’s clean and comfortable

The room was comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful.

The air cons all needed to be serviced as they were noisy, no soap holder in shower, no towel holder in the bathroom.

Bed was comfy. Thats it...

Dirt and dust everywhere. Toilets leaked, no water pressure at tap, no hand soap. Slamming doors and noise all night long. Room service drinks never arrived, I went down to get them myself to find the staff having a chin wag. Bugger all food options on site. Staff are great but feel they're trying to polish a turd.

I liked the hotel's spacious and secure car park, ensuring my vehicle was safely accommodated throughout my stay.

The hotel was disappointing due to the presence of insects in the toilet, which greatly detracted from the overall experience.

The staff were friendly acccomodating even a tv remote control went missing got ad mother one. The bed was extra comfy moulded to your body air conditioning was great.

It was ok used of noise on a main road. Sad o much noise after hours with other people yelling in the corridor of the accommodation section. Need to learn to communicate and baby crying and scre among for hours. Should stay someone else. Of the toilets in the ladies was filthy dirty.

Good value for the price. It's just a minute or so to drive and park in Villawood CBD for shopping (ALDI/KFC) and taking trains into the city.

Would have liked a microwave oven if available. It's easy to miss the entrance to the car park, but it's allowed to enter through the "Exit"; otherwise one would have to drive around a few blocks to get to the entrance. The rooms are all upstains and there is no lift.

Thao was so beautiful and very welcoming, made everyone feel very comfortable

Had some junkie ask me for Ice at 2am in the toilet and hallway he was off his face the staff were rude what a pathetic place never staying here again
