No wine glasses in room

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Chair in room was not comfortable.

The location suited us, close to family.Comfy beds and very clean room and bathroom.

Noisy neighbours but not motels fault.

The property is located in such a way that we can get to the Catholic Church and train station.Cleanliness is up to the mark.Room is fabulous and the food is super delicious.

I had a hard time with the Indian receptionist who was there when we checked in on November 18 almost midnight.Rest of the receptionists are amazing, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to extend their helping hand.Thank you guys

Swimming Pool was very small but good for kids

Room was nice, clean and spacy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had not too many choices but was ok and quality was good. Can recommend the hotel.

We loved all the facilities, we enjoyed the pool the gym, the room was nice & clean. The restaurant food was Amazing & the price was good too. Great place to stay everything you need is there .

Everything was wonderful, the restaurant attached was an added bonus with prices and service excellent. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked

Disappointing

Bathroom was dirty and lots of hair was in bathroom .Kettle door was broken and dirty.sliding windows lock was broken.I booked a room with sport field but they gave a room with parking and neighbours house viewand ....

Great breakfast but shuttle service to train station will improve accessibility for many travellers.

Only one lift if staying on higher floors.

Close to where we wanted to see other side of Sydney

A bit far from train station to walk too. And far from central CBD

Loved the breakfast every morning the staff were amazing and food was delicious!Beds were super comfy!Requested a quiet room and we didn’t hear a peep from anyone.Very clean. Would definitely stay again

Maybe the parking could be a little bigger out the front. By the time we got in each day (late) there were no parks

Initial arrival into the room smelt like cigarette and the shower had damaged tiles with caulking added, little concerning the damage wasn’t repaired completely.

This was a great hotel with a large restaurant and very good breakfast. The room was large and spacious and we had everything we needed. The Lobby is beautiful and you can see some fish.

It was good value for money. We added breakfast and saved heaps. We enjoyed watching the fish everyday too!

The air conditioner was a bit loud and not as cold as I prefer. It was not that big of a deal so I didn't mention anything to the staff.
