Great hotel the apartment was excellent, very well appointed and clean.

Yes finding areas to park to book in, not on a through road. Hotel undercover was so difficult to find, even with the Hotel Map, not in proportion, a sign should be placed on wall Quest Parking in the tiny dark "one way" alleyway, was to hard to find!

Clean and modern, had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

Wifi was very slow, and you only get 200MB free. Price for more data is very expensive. Gym was very lacking in equipment, even for a hotel gym.

it was a very clean apartment, it had everything we needed and was cleaned everyday. the bed was big and comfortable.

the mattress had a big stain, but didnt effect the sleep.2 elevators but only one could be used for the underground parking so was a little annoying.

Great location, friendly staff and really nice room. Were in town for a concert at Olympic Park, so great location for the train to/from the concert. Close to a major shopping center and a lot of restaurants.

Nothing, everything was very good.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped. Including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

- Stains on bed sheet (blood)- questionable white stains on grey blankets- if sofa bed is optional in room, why charge $40 per night for extra sheets & a pillow?

Clean spacious room with good facilities. Close to public transport.

Alarm going off and being told to evacuate at 12.30am. We knew was due to flood, but no follow up to advise us what to do?

Perfect little stopover hotel, clean, well organised - Just what we wanted. Great value, easy parking, gym and good facilities.

Accommodation was perfect for our family. It was clean, the staff were amazing, super helpful.Location within walking distance to public transport, shops, restaurants and Westfield mall.Definitely recommend.

The room was clean, the bed king size and the location was walking distance to shops and plenty of places to eat. Overall good value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like. I would have preferred a comfy chair or couch to sit in, but that could have well been because of the room I chose - so not a criticism per se.

There is limited parking when arriving to check in, we had to drive around the block a few times and my husband had to drop me off to pick up the key cards on arrival. The neighbouring apartments door shut loudly all night long and we could hear running and footsteps from the above apartment till the early hours of the morning. The sound proofing isn’t sufficient. The bathroom had a smell about it. The parking was down a back alley and the alley way was littered with piles of rubbish. The cost of parking was $15 extra per night, which we weren’t aware of. The reception staff were lovely, kind and helpful.

The room was clean, and it had a balcony which was great for fresh air. The studio room was all I needed.

There was no mini bar, and no room service.The air conditioner hadnt been cleaned in a long time, there was dust build up inside the vents, and a distinct smell when I turned it on.

The customer service wasn't the best my room smelt like mold and wet carpet

Very nice place as youd expect from quest. Caparking qas great but i didnt expect to have pay an extra $15 a night to park! It never mentioned that anywhere?
