Hotel Pfälzer Hof GmbH

Good value for money, free parking, spacious rooms.

Beds not comfortable, breakfast limited choice, wifi bad keep dropping.

Room size

2-key concept (2 similar keys for main entramce, room and power, constantly mixing up the keys - very frustrating), and bathroom vemtilation noise (the ventilator makes a very loud noise, even minutes after the light is turned off).

Comfortable and good breakfast. Free parking.

People going to tennis hall use hotel parking so can be difficult to find a space.Lights in lounge kept turning on at random times in the night and had to be turned off again! Strange!

Good space, very accommodating staff, nice breakfast.

The hotel was some distance from Braunsweig and not easy to find a restaurant for dinner.

I really can´t find anything to complain. The Pfälzer Hof is an oldschool but well kept hotel. It is located in an industrial area near the port which makes the surroundings less nice than a hotel in the city. But if you just need a place to work as a base for trips or visits, it is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was small but we didn´t miss anything. There were fresh and ripe fruit everyday, a muesli station, jam, eggs, bread, veggies, juices, coffee etc. I asked for soy yoghurt and oat milk for breakfast and they were happy to provide me with both.If I had to complain about something, it would be that the restaurant was closed during our stay due to their summer holiday, so we had to drive into Braunschweig to get dinner, but that really isn´t the hotels fault.I would definitely stay here again :)

Very good

Heating was turned off and after turning it on it did not heat the room due to curtains covering it through the night.

It is a is a nice, quiet place connected to a restaurant with tennis center. Excellent for a mid-trip rest that it was for us

Hotel is close to the motorway, but in very quiet area, small restaurant is part of the hotel. a lot of parking places around.

Quiet, good breakfast, free parking.

Tennis center not open?

Spotless clean. Nice big room, with free water bottle. Bathroom great, big. Comfy bed. In room as well was fan for hot time. Breakfast was really delicious. It wasn't 50ty dishes and then we do not know what to take. Less choice but very fresh and all the time top up. Area very quiet. I am adding to my list places worth to revisit.

Wonderful hotel. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Easy and close parking. Staff is very friendly and took care of anything we needed. The hotel is within walking distance to my cousin's house, so the location was perfect. Had a lovely breakfast every morning which was delicious. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to visit my cousin. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely staff. Room was comfi. I arrived 1am and the staff arranged my key to be left out for me. They kindly emailed me a picture of where it is with an email explaining what to do. Parking is behind the hotel and easily accessible. Lots of lighting there as well. I accessed evening easily. Breakfast was lovely with the best scrambled egg ever. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Clean, nice, after hours check in.

Excellent. It would have been nice to some different hot options every day. It was basically just eggs every day.
