B&B Hotel Braunschweig-City

A very helpful receptionist who made us feel welcome. The hotel and room was clean, the breakfast was fair to good, not exceptional, but fine.

Clean room, friendly staff and good value for money. Good breakfast buffet with gluten free options.

The room had a lot of space and was very clean

Finding the parking was hard

Responsive staff

Breakfasts were rather poor, considering their costs. There were no choice of a hot dish, the choice on general was poor.

It was close to the center of town and a good location from which to explore.

Difficulty finding the parking because I did not get directions in advance but once there it was okay

Very good location - close to the cityVery fast WiFiVery smooth check in using automated check in terminal

Very small roomNo amenities to steam or iron clothing Rather expensive given comfort and size of rooms

Value for money. Cleanliness and spacious family room.

It was difficult to find the parking garage.

Bunk bed for kids are genius! Very comfortable beds, quiet, with air-conditioning and free parking

The shower door have missing part and water was going out

A very smooth check-in! And since the rooms are not being provided with any keys or cards, but simply with door codes only, a check-out is not even necessary. The staff at the recption desk was very welcoming!

The room was really big, with a great view. Underground parking was a huge bonus.

Staff was so friendly, I stayed one night and it was over my expectation, nice facility

The check-in with Susanne was swift an very friendly. Rarely I had a better, faster and more emphatic hello in a hotel. My room was facing the Oker. I saw all the small boats of the river and enjoyed the quietness of the night with open windows.

nothing - all good

Good location, free parking.

The carpet was full of debris and hair… Poor breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing! We found we could get also get Sky news in English on our t.v. in the room which was good. The underground car park was so convenient to use.

Not so much didn't like but was just difficult as newcomers - one needs the code to get into the underground car park on arrival but you only get that when checking in and it is easier to be in the car park and THEN check in! But we did it.

Nice location, quick check-in and no need to check out, good parking (underground), good breakfast. Can open windows.

Small room and bathroom.

Location and cheap

Breakfast options and it was very loud

Free parking in an underground garage (very secure)· Very good location, walking distance from the city centre· Modern room with comfortable beds· Very good breakfast, served between 6:30 and 10:00· Easy check-out

Parking was challenging. We circled the hotel for 30 minutes attempting to find a check-in parking space, but none existed. The process involves stopping with hazard lights in front of the hotel, checking in quickly, and only then obtaining the garage code. A more convenient solution would be to receive the garage code via message.· The TV remote did not work

Very clean and modern room. Free parking. The beds are comfortable. Goof breakfast.

The room was small for 3 people.

awesome 2-level beds for kids

you have to park somewhere to checkin and get a code for parking

Easy self-check-in and checkout. Nice room with comfy bed. We had a short stay on our way back home but easily could stay for longer. Free parking for visitors. Definitely recommend this place.

Not so obvious how to get to the parking area.
