Breakfast too expensive - no fridge in room

Staff cannot be trusted. Stolen Airpod Pro.

I forgot my AirPods Pro on the bed and they were stolen.

Clean, quiet, comfy, close to Old City.

They had planned maintenance on the water system the morning we were there. Had we known, we would have showered before they turned off the water. Otherwise, great stay.

Near the city center, which was great. The room was big enough for two people. Breakfast was quite good. Pentahotels focus on durability, so there are smaller portions, less meat and many alternatives that are less harmful for our planet.

The shower was almost clogged and the staff were not able to fix it immediately. They were able to fix it the next day, but we were only there for one night.

Not possible to make tea or coffee in the room

spacious clean nice appartement, overviewing the lovely harbor of Aurich. Our dog could be walked in a little park in front of the house. Parking for free in the street. Kitchen with a starters basket (coffee senseo pads, dishwasher tab etc).

The apartments are 1. and 2. floor without an lift. Hard work to get the luggage to the 2. floor. bring ear plugs if you do not like the (lovely) sounds of chatting people and house boat guests. Be aware that the second double bed is on a gallery above the livingarea (ladder, no stairs). We liked it, but my mom couldn't sleep there.

The rooms were nice

My colleague and I who travel a lot for work agreed that the reception staff were particularly rude and unhelpful. I've never been to a hotel with staff so disinterested in helping you. Room wasn't cleaned for 5 days, we had to ask on day 4.Parking was difficult/not guaranteed and very expensive. 5 days in when trying to leave the parking lot I was told to validate my ticket at reception (never been an issue for the previous 5 days) so I parked the car, went up the stairs, waited 10 minutes until I demanded some attention only to be told nothing needed to be done. All this after having paid for the expensive parking. Really disappointing for the price, we won't be back.

Location was excellent and the room was immaculate.

Some variety in the breakfast spread would be appreciated - I stayed for 8 days and the breakfast was the same each day. Would also appreciate a bigger carafe for water.

24hours Desk

It was absolutly freezing. We Head the heater on Highest the whole Night and it was still too cold to sleep. In Addition there were big light from the entrance shining excactly into This Room.

Comfortable bed, nice design, size of room. Breakfast was fantastic - never had freshly squeezed nut spread before!

Very poor value for money, expensive but low quality

Staff did not speak English Room was smelling like Shi…Restaurant no decent choices, small room, next to reception and enterance so not discrete and noisy

Room looked a bit tired but bed comfy. Location excellent.

Breakfast could be improved. Lighting v dark downstairs.

1) room temperature was rather low and it took half day for the heating system to be effective 2) cleaning does not take place daily (OK with me, but be aware)

Disappointing

Stuff were not friendly and helping(except some stuff at the bar in the morning)Rooms are being cleaned after 4 days. Which I learn during check in

It has been a very good stay . Rooms very big, well decorated, cleaned. The bathroom as well with a big shower.. bed very comfortable and with a big size. The breakfast was great. Everything was perfect included the location. Thank you.

Nothing was wrong

Location, cleanliness, size of the room and underground secure parking.

Breakfast was extra, no outdoor seating area and no coffee in the room

It was clean, nice and friendly

It was 35°C outside and our air-conditioning system didn’t work. It was horrible to sleep because you couldn’t even open the windows.

It was just downtown, with plenty of space in the room and everything clean totally

Althought excellent drinks/cocktails and barman super friendly, long waiting time ... perhaps the lady and man at the reception same block) could have been giving an helfpul hand especially for the free tab water.Limited parking options
