Working technology - we arrived late and checked in all by ourselves. Clean room. Feeling of being safe. Quiet night, very good sleep. Quality breakfast, varied food. Friendly personnel.

Nothing, really. It was our visit on the way back, and we chose this pace exactly because we liked it first time. It met and exceeded our expectations. The only slightly annoying thing was the way of paying for the parking.

Large, quiet room, with large bed and comfy sheets offers a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, with service attending to needs. Local green tea had a great taste. Definitely will stay there again.

Quiet comfortable and clean

No night staff at night l. I locked myself out in the freezing morning of the check out with my passport and hand luggage still in the lobby while trying to rush to the airport , No staff to help us get inside called the hello desk and we were on the phone for several minutes that felt like hours with no resolution. Thank God for sending an angel that came extremely early to work that let us in. We would have missed our flight.

We had a room for three - great value for money. Good breakfast options. The location was convenient for our family.

bedroom was comfortable and very peacful. food in restaurant was good. service overall was good.

breakfast room felt cold and uncomfortable, too open space for a nice breakfast should be more homely.

The staff were very nice and helpful Gasped was very helpful he went above and beyond to get us comfortable. The Greek restaurant staff and their food was excellent too.

We saw popcorn crumbs on the floor from the previous guest and we told the receptionist to get house keeping to clean only to come back at night and the popcorn was still there and then they gave us a new room and the grout in the bathroom had dark spots.

Restaurant ok Location and hotel rate is very.good value

Room dark light most of the ones I got were close to front where people smoke all the time- thankfully was changed. Nevertheless the rooms that are in exposed to people go smoke are always offered to guest as a default… don’t like it

Everything was good. nice breakfast and good service.

They should state the opening hours of the restaurant. We had stopped at different(closed) highway restaurants along the way,only to get at the hotel and restaurant was still open. usually in Germany they close around 9pm

Good location for our visit to family.

Room was never cleaned properly. One day, not cleaned at all. Clean towels were left on the toilet seat which was never cleaned properly throughout our stay.Dirty cups weren’t replaced with clean ones.

The room was nice, the lake close by a nice walk, nice staff, breakast was good too.

Nothing of the hotel itself, but the inside N10 restaurant was not so good, at least not the schnitzel we had, was too dry and seemed all and even the sauce to come from a package. Would be nice to have a better restaurant in, this as outside the hotel there seems not much in the vacinity.

Breakfast is standard and I liked it. Dinner is amazing, but that's more on a personal note, because I love greek cuisine. The room is spatious, there was everything there that I needed.

The internet connection was really slow and I was often disconnected. The water pressure is a little low. The vending machine didn't have that many choices, but it was possible to pay with card which is amazing.

Reception staff available, knowledgeable and helpful!

The worse hotel i ever been.They even don't clean the rooms. 3 nights they didn't clean our room, Tv doesn't works.Bad Badnot typical to Germany hotels.

Location was convenient for my purpose

- Staff was unfriendly, was not communicating clearly and was not supportive. You never had a feeling to be welcome at the hotel.

Very good breakfast with some unisual food. Liike salmon, pesto etc. Not common for breakfast. Also free parking. Rooms is nice.
