Pros +
- The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the large bathtub and having an elevator to the third floor. Finally, the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. I am only sorry I did not take advantage of dinner in the beautiful restaurant.
- The hotel is one of the city's oldest building, a half timbered house from 1567, and therefore has a special ambience. The restaurant downstairs ('Ox') features modern German cuisine, and the hotel is located close to downtown with many restaurants in walking distance. Staff is very helpful.
- Breakfast can be improved with some more variety. Location very convenient. Staff very friendly, offered a late check out, the barman was very friendly. The front office staff (Cristina if I remember correctly) very efficient, friendly, polite and courteous
Cons -
- There really wasn't anything that was not to like. A word of caution: Because the hotel is in a historic building you sometimes have to watch your head if you are a very tall person.
