the hotel is very clean in general. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms are also clean. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. it's a good option. The hotel is very well located

We very much enjoyed the breakfast and had invited friends as well. They were VERY complimentary and had actually reommended the hotel to us.

It was very warm and there was no air conditioning or fan available to help circuate the air.

Fantastic friendly team, Restaurant also on Monday open and fantastic food, out standing breakfast. Location is downtown.Room with a really large TV and very clean.

In city centre with parking ( if you are lucky)

New staff on reception not trained, luckily it was my 2nd ( & last ) visit so I was explaining to other guests checking in how to access the garage as new receptionist didn’t know. 2 trips back through hotel before our access cards would work. Booked hotel as air conditioned rooms but this was broke so room like an oven for all 3 days of our stay. Given 2 fans but had to leave balcony door open to try cool room. One of our assigned rooms already had an occupant (luckily they had 1 room left, but then wanted to charge them extra for the upgrade!!)& our fridge had leftover/rather smelly sushi in it. Breakfast was excellent & staff in there lovely & helpful, as were the bar staff.

Very friendly and engaged staff!!! Excellent variety of breakfast items! We loved the little terrace belonging to the superior room. Walk-in shower and higher beds make it easier for people with disabilities!

In twobdays of my 3 days stay, there was no warm water for shower.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly, hotels in an excellent location in Hoxter with a brilliant restaurant. Superb for a short stay for business or holiday.

The hotel was very conveniently located. I asked for - and got - a quiet room. The lady who checked me in was very helpful with tips about a place I wanted to go to. There’s a cafe that opens at 6 am nearby, which is very convenient. Nice shower and toiletries. I would stay there again if I return to Höxter.

A tiny thing, which is a personal preference: would’ve preferred a different pillow.

Staff was very friendly, bed comfy and the cosmetics were from natural ingredients ? There was good, non sparkling water in the room. The breakfast was good with wide variety of choices, if you don’t have any food intolerances like me.

There was no electric kettle in the room so if you arrive late at night like me and wanna warm tea before bed - I think the only possibility would be hotel restaurant. I ordered gluten free bread beforehand and made sure on the arrival that it was saved to my room information. I was in the hurry in the morning, they had to prepare the bread.. I thought it would be warm and crispy, because usually hotels buy packed gluten free breads - they need to toast it. I waited about 5minutes to receive normal 2 slices of packed bread and it wasn’t that good. Normally I’d ask for more bread and to make it crispy and warm at least, but I didn’t have time. In my opinion this 4* hotel could have better gluten-free bread or rolls and maybe some gluten-free croissant or a cookie. It’s really affordable and available in wide variety of choices this days. and I’d appreciate some vegan bread spread. Thank you!p.s. and maybe some small emergency cosmetic kits with a tooth paste for travelers to buy if forgotten.

The breakfast and the location were excellent.

The challenge was there was no airconditioning in the rooms and no fans so it was very difficult to sleep in the summer heat.

impolite staff, no elevator, the room key was not in the safe as agreed, you may or may not get a parking space, apparently you cannot reserve one. disappointing

Parking is a problem. You need to reserve a spot in advance (best is the garage). The reservation worked very well. If you don't reserve you'll be out of luck and have to find something somewhere in the small town.

Great breakfast selection, beautiful pool area, and friendly stuff. The hotel is located in the city center and has its own restaurant. The hotel also features its own parking.
