Good location, clean and modern

Pool and sauna were not available.

We were pleased to extend our stay and staff was most gracious in assisting. Housekeeping throughout was excellent and staff seemed to take pride in clean facility

Unfortunately the pool and sauna were closed due to maintenance/ upgrading.

Very clean room, a bath that I certainly took advantage of, and a balcony.

Was slightly sad to see that there was no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine.

nice room, good location. Stayed here 20 odd years ago, and would stay here again in the future.

There was no bar for an evening drink (been replaced by a vending machine!) and reception is not available from 9pm overnight.

Nothing, i dont understand how they got this review points.

They only have blind curtains so either u get day light to your room and everyone in the building across sees you or you stay in dark. There is no phone to call reception. I went down to ask for an iron. They said they ll bring it. 40 mins later i went down again and he was like oh i bring it now. At the end it was a hundred years old iron with burns on the table. It was pretty much useless.

as i come there was no soap and also the staff didnt refill it the next day, although i‘ve inform the receptionist on the first day.mold in bathroom abd the closet not clean

Great location, close to town. Good breakfast buffet.

Overheated, stuffy room on the main road (noisy). Dated bathroom.

Location is very central and hotel has direct access to public car park. Room was very quiet and beds were goodsBreakfast was good as well.

This is a hotel, which I’ve known for years and it used to be an efficiently run business hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel the doors were was closed. The door code did not work. The person answering the emergency call was not competent to deal with our problem. On 25 December, at 6 pm we had to scout for a different hotel. No assistance was offered. In addition, on 24 December all breakfast services were cancelled until New Year.In a nutshell: staff was unable to take decisions or offer help; breakfast service cancelled the day before arrival. Had I known, I would never have reserved a room there!Final note: Although I complained to the hotel in writing, by 2 January I have not received any communication/apology from them.

The room was comfy and well-lit, the staff very helpful, location perfect and overall experience only positive.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly, Breakfast was quite good, location is excellent and the over night parking fee was a fair price.

The rooms are very tired, especially the bathroom, bath with a shower head that would not adjust. The bed was pushed up against a side wall so not the best comfort really.

Breakfast was great!The stay was enjoyable overall.

We were locked out of the hotel one night, and the room key didn't work either. It was a bit stressful, but resolved in the end.

Late check in was problematic as there was nobody at the reception even at 20.50

The hôtel is well located.

The place is a little old-fashioned. Rooms have no specific charm. The waitress was not smiling at all, and I don't understand why the swimming-pool is not free when you use Booking.com

Most everything, great location, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Small point, the coffee machine in the room is difficult to operate..
