Rooms are clean and in perfect condition, dinner at the Restaurant inside the hotel is really impressing - it is bufet, however there are numbers of options to choose whatever you want - and the price is affordable. There are kids club where you can leave your child for some time with really nice personnel taking care of your kid.

1.There was a wedding party started around 7 and there was no problem with them until 3 am when they turned on the music on the terrace of the restaurant in front of the hotel and literally woke up the whole hotel… 2. When we were checking in, I asked at the desk on the possibility to make a late check out for our room and they said that they will be able to answer in the morning. I didn’t get how is that they don’t know their load for tomorrow in advance, but anyway. I came in the morning and they said “no, we have fully booked hotel as we have a company event planned.” And that’s quite strange as they should have known about it a few weeks before!!! And finally I’m checking on the booking - and it says that I can book a room (there were rooms available for the late check out)

Location and facilities were good. The swimming pool is very good.

Breakfast was limited, we arrived at 10.30 while they end servicing it at 11.00 AM, there was nothing left. I had to ask for a glass to drink a juice and they got me only one glass (I was with my wife). Half and hour before ending the service they were already taking away everything. Second day We asked for breakfast in our room but that was not possible because they were already preparing the lunch. Room Service was available in theory from 7.00 AM to 11 PM but only in theory. We had to ask for cleaning the tables, and they were not many staff available. The price we payed is high compared with the quality of service we got.

Over priced , not 5 star (4 at best) and poor service in the restaurant.

Very poor restaurant options and poor menu Options on the one that was open (of 3)We stayed 2 nights and very limited food options available. On our Sunday evening all 3 restaurant options were closed and we were limited to a poor bar menu

food, I ordered coffee, it was cold, and the bread was the very same packaged kind I buy at the supermarket, I expected some fresh bread and better cheese, I got small units of a low- price brand.

One staff member was really poor Rocio… not helpful and bordering on rude.Fortunately a manger Mayra was really good and put this back on track.

FALSE Advertising.Booking claimed that my stay was 349 USD tax included - However, when I arrived to the hotel, they wanted to charge me extra taxes that weren't publicised.Moreover, they didn't allow me to pay in cash.

The park around the hotel is very beautiful. Nice room

Breakfast quality was very low, e.g., once, melon was literally rotten. Selection was poorer than in previous years. Water in the swimming pools was extremely cold, even if outside temperature was in the 30's (celsius). A dog got into the pool twice, which is unhealthy. Lifeguards did nothing as they were constantly checking their phones.

Limited hours for kids to use the climatized pool and the excess of people. It was easier when there was a reservation system in place.

The facilities were really great and everything I had hoped for. I particularly loved the room and the amazing bathroom/shower! The breakfast and overall food were delicious, and the staff was always ready to help. They were super friendly and attentive and ensured your needs as a guest were met.

The swimming pool and inside jacuzzi water weren't very clean.

Staff service needs to improve - not very polite at reception, in particular at check out. Breakfast too crowded, queue of 20 mins - Apparently not well prepared for high occupation.

The rooms were not close to each other, I've ordered two rooms but only one was prepared. The hotel has many rules that are impossible to commit: for instance, you cannot reserve a tennis court in advance, you cannot reserve breakfast before 2PM, it means you can't plan a breakfast before tennis match.... and so on. You don't want to be planning all sort of things during your holiday.

Too crowded, bad planning.

Because of COVID check out is extended so no need to rush out the door on your last day, food quality, clean rooms and comfy beds.
