Hotel Camberland

The hotel is very old and everything inside is falling apart (absolutely everything), the breakfasts consisted of very stale products and looked like waste.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and spacious and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was good the next morning and the restaurant and pool area are both really nice.

Although everyone was very friendly at the reception, we felt that there was a little lack of training. Maybe it was some new employees, but there was a mix up with the room numbers and the key cards and some food from another room was added to one of our rooms by mistake, making the checkout a bit long.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The internal garden and patio are well kept.

The bathrooms are terribly old, worn and need a serious upgrade. It doesn’t feel clean. The towels are very worn and need to be changed as well. The room is OK but some fixings would be welcome. Same with the lobby. The price we payed is outrageous.

Suite had a water leak, so we were downgraded to another room. The following day we were supposed to go back to the suite, but the issue was not fixed. Had to push in order to enter the suite.

Hard to get to without your own car. The bathroom has lots of limestone, the door has a gap for animals to crawl in and there is a light shining in at night you cannot block.

Room conditions. Shower was stained and broken. Bathroom and room cleaningless. Overall conditions of the hotel including the reception. Our room was filled with moths and we even found a cockrouch.

I left the place. I asked for a refund. I was offered a slightly better roomI stayed for two hours and searched for another hotel

It was an ok breakfast, so many flies!The staff was very nice. The dinner we had was great.

When we booked the room through booking.com the rate we were given was $76.50 for a one night stay. Upon checkin we were charged $161.00. When we asked why it was so much we were told it was all the taxes and extra charges. That's $84.50 for taxes and extra charges. That's more than the hotel room. Robbery!There was mold growing in the bathroom, the decor was very outdated, we tried using the exercise room that looked like it hadn't been updated in 10 years. It was very dirty and some of the equipment wasn't functional.

Staff was very nice, professional and accommodating. Nothing but good words. Swimming pool was also good.

Could use a touch-up and a thorough cleaning.

The garden and some of the staff (the 3 women who attended customers were gentle and nice; however, the man at the reception was rude)

The facilities, particularly the room, need renovation. The attitude of the recepcionist (the male in the staff).
