Good price clean and nice
Convenient location close to restaurants and shops. On site cafe / coffee shop serving high quality light meals. Simple but good quality buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Traffic noise due to being close to a highway and a main road. The window in my room didn’t close fully so the noise from outside could be heard clearly in the room which made it difficult to sleep. All the rooms I have stayed in recently have had the same issue. Cooking smells in some rooms from the restaurants below the hotel.

It offers many options for restaurants and it was close to my place of work.
Not a single bottle of water in the room. No gel shower o body cream.
There are good restaurants in the same building of hotel and a mall crossing the street. The rooms has Ibis standards. Good breakfast.
The room is a bit noisy because of the road in front of the hotel. But it wasn't a problem.
I did not like the room, there was a cockroach, I have photos, I complained to the person in charge of the front desk and they did not give me a solution, we changed hotels.
The location is perfect if you travel for business or a meeting to Pilar. The staff is good and the neighbourhood of the hotel is OK.
The rooms are small. The price plus taxes is high
