Pros +
- I liked the room size and the quiet
- The staff was very friendly and open to help in every way. Facilities are as depicted in pictures. Good and convinient location if you plan to stay outside of the city, yet with dinning options around. They offered personal soap and shampoo, something that is starting to be rare, even though in high end hotels, because of "conservation" efforts.Overall is a great value for money option.
- Staff is the only thing I loved, specially Rodrigo who helped us all the time. The rooms are ok, spacious, super clean. Beds ok, pillows not good. Location is OK if you have to go to pilar City, it´s 50km from buenos aires city.
Cons -
- I have to pay for coffe into de room...
- Nothing in particular. Maybe, in order to raise the bar, they could do some calibrations on air conditioner's control. I usually sets at 25 C, and it is ok to have a good night of sleep, in this case it turned to be to cold at that temperature, but past midnight, I had to re-adjust them to 26, not being the accurate desired temperature, but colder that it was already set.
- Noise...it´s super noisy. When it was Casa Sur, it was a quiet place, now the new owner put a Disco in the rooftop making events late at night, forget about sleeping. If you want to rest, not the proper place.

The facilities and staff were incredible
The shower head was broken and a lot of water went running down the bathroom, had to put some towels down. There were hairs on the shower walls. Also the ac broke down on the only night I stayed there.
Bed
The hotel doesn’t worth the price at all, I stayed 2 days before in another hotel in the same range and without a doubt Kos is awful. The service is very slow and the staff is not qualified to provide good service, they consulted everything. I have been living in another country for 2 years with my residence and all IDs, in the previous hotel they kindly deducted the taxes, in Kos they did not do so for a meaningless excuse. Security is very bad, they let anyone enter the facilities because there is a public pub upstairs. And at breakfast we found a cockroach in the well-known Trufa restaurant. A complete disappointment! And the complimentary drinks, a lie, only water, only in the places they indicate, at the time they indicate. I will never come back!
The pool was beautiful and the spa was luxurious
Staff could go out of their way a bit more. They seemed confused about how much we owed. We got quoted several different bills.
Of luxury and the upper wing of the pool
The "a la carte" breakfast service system is not good for those with schedules to meet during the week. It took a long time and there were errors in the orders. I myself bought my coffee at the supermarket and brought it with me to the room, I avoided making coffee in the restaurant.
lovely hotel big and comfy room. staff is nice and helpful however they need to work on the speed or service it’s too slow
the hotel is very nice, very nicely decorated with great amenities. the roodftop is incredible, great place to hang out with friends, have some drinks and appetizers with great music and even dance!! the breakfast is so complete and delicious. the spa area is amazing, my husband took massages twice and they were so good!
I liked everything because I wanted to stay in this area to attend a wedding, but it is a bit far from the city. this place is great if you want to spend a couple of days doing shopping or other outdoor activities in the area. the hotel is amazing, also great for friends taking a weekend out.
all very new, very big rooms and good service
nothing to note
Very good
the only two things are stop the loud music in the morning in the coffee shop, improve the espresso - upgrade from the nespresso machine - that’s all!
Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious. Service is poor. Had laundry ready in bag for 3 days, was never collected. Breakfast in not buffet, so takes a while to be served, and only 4 people at breakfast. Co-worker ordered full breakfast and I ordered a coffee, needless to say co-worker got his meal and I was still waiting for a coffee. Restaurant is separate from hotel so you need to pay when having dinner. Staff never come by to see if you need anything. You constantly need to try and get their attention. After 7 days had enough and we moved to another hotel. Also no restaurants within walking distance.
Room was fine
Nice pool but small with not much capacity when fullGood breakfast but not buffetComfy beds
Lack of staff response (looks like they are short handed)No toilet paper in room, no towels in poolBathroom shower flooding after showeringToo expensive for what they offer
check in was first class and flawless, hassle free
the Pool área is cramped with very few available seats for lounging by the pool, total loungers was approx 7
The breakfast was really good, also the hotel has an amazing rooftop with a pool and bar.
If you plan to stay at the hotel and leave the car park, it may be difficult to find something to do in the neighborhood,
Very friendly staffVery good wifiModern facilitiesCool leisure lobby
Disappointing
Really Expensive for what they offer and service level.Twin Room with two single beds. Not two queen size beds as others.Noisy, Poor Room sound insulation.Parking space very Limited.
It’s a great concept hotel, trendy , good atmosphere. Good pool on roof top.
