- Overall property is aged and not in good maintenance. Sink had a slow drain, toilet blocked up, Shower head blocked with lime scale. Lime scale all over shower. Ripped towels. A fresh towel in bathroom was still wet.

- THe phone kept ringing every two hours, coudn´t sleep because of it. when I picked up there was normal tone. Then the reception called me at 6.30 am just to verify if I have asked for a taxi!!! They could have verify this before calling me and waking me up for nothing!(ofcourse I did not ask for any taxi)
