Staff is really friendly and the bed and bathroom were super comfortable and spacious.

Small breakfast could've been included! It was located far away from most things!

The room was comfortable and had everything one needed when staying in Zutphen. It's a short drive to the city center, but you can rent e-bikes there.

I particularly liked the off city centre location plus the fact that good quality rBikes were available at a reasonable chaarge.

a minimal additional charge for a very light continental breakfast in the room rate would have made the stay even better

Even at short notice, the reception was exceptional! Kind, friendly, with intentional care for de costumer. The room everything I needed. It was a pity I couldn't check out the facilities a bit more. Seemed nice.

The parking facilities are a bit limited in terms of space.

This time there was a football team there who were noisy on Friday night . However the management dealt with it very well.

Friendly welcome, a good price for a nice room, especially enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and sauna (no extra charge). A walk of approx. 25 min brings you to the historic city centre of Zutphen.

Don't choose this place. It's a complete disgrace.

there's no one at the reception. I came to this hotel especially for the sauna and swimming pool but after check in I was told that the sauna and pool were under renovation. It is now 7 degrees and the heating system is not working. There is not even a glass of water in the rooms. I checked in at 11 at night and I will leave at 9 in the morning but I still can't sleep because of the cold and no one is solving this problem. Even the car is warmer. I am completely disgraced with my money. this hotel does not deserve even one star.

The room was as comfortable as was the bed. Dinner on the first night was ok although the service was poor. Lack of staff generally.Breakfast was disappointing because the buffet ran out of orange juice and cheeses. There was insufficient staff available for the number of diners. The local bus service was good to and from Zutphen

Lack of experience staff. They need training properly to look after the clients. Also to check the buffet before being called to replenish the food.

Location was helpful

The rooms were very warm and the shower had little to no water pressure. We had paid for breakfast however one morning a group arrive and they ate, we waited for more food to come out from the kitchen to the buffet only to be told after waiting 20min that nothing else is coming out. It was only 830am. This was very disappointing, had we been told we would have made alternate arrangements.

We were lucky to have a slightly bigger room. Quiet. Bathroom was good. Pool is nice. There's a pub/Cafe and a bowling facility

Convenient location for our purpose and reasonable price. Possibilities for racket support and swimming.

Despite we booked a comfort room there was a lot of noise from the swimming pool in the evening and heating tubes under the floor. This made the room quite hot in summer.

We stayed overnight, had a Good rest, nice breakfast and enjoyed the pool in the morning before we checked out!

Zwembad, restaurant, ontbijt buffet

Not enough windows, poor ventilation in the halls on 1st and 2nd levels. Mattress of double queen size bed could be replaced- sides of mattress are used. Fitted sheets missing.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The windows of the room did not face the sunny side, as I like.

There are no coffee machines or kettles in the rooms. There is a coffee machine at the reception, but it did not work for the entire five days of my stay. There is a swimming pool (which is why we stayed for five days), but it did not work for technical reasons.

Very nice place, clean, comfortable, many attractions there. We’ll definitely come back!

- Sports facilities were excellent- Room was very clean and new- Staff were very helpful- Guests were nice and respectful

- Room was just a little bit too small for 2 people and an 8 year old.- However there are bigger rooms which we will try next time.

It was a lovely clean place with plenty of activities to do if we chose. Lovely outside patios and dinner.

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the sauna and pool as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool wasn't the cleanest. There was a little debri and some drowned bugs in it, but no net or anything to take it out. I still enjoyed my swim, so not a very big deal. Room was a bit small and the bathroom was very basic, but perfectly functional.

Location. Tennis courts available. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast

Fairly basic rooms. Carpets in public areas needed cleaning, indoor tennis courts needed to be swept- dry mud on courts No room service and we had to go and collect a towel rather than fresh ones being delivered. These things don’t reflect the price we paid
