great room, very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful staff and a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and very cozy. The beds were also magical. On New Year's Eve, we specifically escaped the noise, fireworks, and firecrackers, and it was the best decision. Thank you for the late checkout on January 1st.We wish you prosperity and wonderful customers!

Location was good. Breakfast was enough. Especially the personel was really energetic and helpful.

Internet speed interrupted so frequently. Price is a little bit high.

Of course, the cleanliness and quality of amenities were wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. I would like to especially recognize three of the staff, however I may get their names incorrect a bit. However, I hope you all can figure it out. The ladies are, Daniqua, Nika, and a young lady at the desk when I checked out. The young lady was slim with dark, shoulder-length hair. As I said, these three ladies went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Good location directly next to the highway

The floor in the restaurant was sticky and it gave the impression it wasn’t clean. Also the stairs area (most people use the elevator) didn’t look clean

I stayed in the Holiday Inn also in Frankfurt and here in Deventer and it's always a pleasure and comfortable stay at these premises, Staff is super friendly, clean rooms, modern architecture, fast internet and easy check-in and check-out.

Maybe a bit more space on the room would be better.

Good location, close to Newark airport. Good shuttle service. Friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable, modern & large room. Reasonable priced with breakfast. Easy access off the motorway. Huge buffet restaurant next door, with excellent choices of food. Would stay again with no hesitation.

Clean, new, nice, modern hotel. The room is controlled with an inroom tablet. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can sign in with your personal youtube or Netflix account, so you can still Netflix and chill ?

Can't think of anything. But for your consideration: Food was very good, there isn't much choice but all you need. Bed are a bit on the soft side, but terrific either way. Staff doesn't speak Dutch ( they probably understand it though)

Everything was great! They don’t serve warm food for breakfast - like scrambeled eggs or bacon - but there is a variety of other food, including boiled eggs and toast, jam, cheese, croissants, cereals….Room was certainly big enough, clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant just next to the hotel. We didn’t eat there, but it was full so I guess it is ok. Bonus for families with kids - there is an indoor playground as part of the restaurant. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Simple basic hotel, given the price good value for money. Appreciated the room upgrade.

Beds were a bit hard, couldn't use or save my IHG points (due to booking.com)

It was really quiet even though it's on a main road. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It's a really clean, comfortable and cosy hotel in a good location. I always love the pillow selection at Holiday inn, I'm a front sleeper and appreciate being able to have a soft pillow.

Reliable and clean hotel, nice staff, everything worked fine, reasonable breakfast.

Room was really small - we ordered a room for three but it was actually a room for two with an extra sofa bed, so there was very little space to move, no chairs etc.Additionally, the bathroom curtain is really too narrow.

The table and chair +stool in the bedroom, the very comfortable bed, the varied breakfast foods and drinks, the Parsley stems soap. The staff were helpful and coutrteous

The shower head was incorrectly situated and sprayed water all over the floor whilst you were showering. I would have liked to refill my bottle with some water from near reception when I left. The doors in the corridors were very noisy

Staff very friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfy and some of the best I have slept in.Breakfast is great for the price and always happy to help us earlier than the official starting time.

Could have been informed before hand that the hotel is being used to house immigrants before they are send to housing. Our fishing bait was left under the van at night and this morning it was all dragged out and left in the open. It was impossible for anyone to see it as the van was backed on to the grass.
