very dirty hotel old furniture everything is just awful

the staff does everything reluctantly as if I owe them something, even through force they answer you, the internet didn't work, the rooms are very cold, the water in the shower is warm only until 19:00 and then the icy parking lot is full of cars, the staff had to park on the street

I did a reservation at the last minute and arrived to the motel at 02:00 at night. The receptionist guy was really nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. WiFi connection was working good. Dusche was also good but there could be a better Duschkopf. There was no chech-out date, which i liked most. Cuz i couldn’t wake up 10 in the morning. It was a 24 Hour booking. So almost everything was fine.

Duschkopf (shower head) could a little bit better.

They don't have blow dryer.Room heater not working.Not value for money

Very good location, close to motorway, easy to find, quite big room, comfortable bed, clean

There was lorry parking next to the hotel and was a little bit noisy ,we had to keep windows closed

Would not eat breakfast there but my husband said it was ok.

The most unfriendly waitress in the world works at this hotel!!!! She walked away while i was still talking!!! Rude and miserable!!!! Will never go back there.The toilet stunk i wanted to go buy a bottle of bleach but my husbund stopped me.

Room was clean & bedding clean!! Shower smelt like a curry house & one of the towels had blood stains! Bed was comfy slept well needs better door security!

One guy cooking (Food look great) 3 women really not very nice to customers maybe it's because someone had the idea of women served the Truck driver won't be any trouble? Needs rethinking

The person at reception didn't even say hello. The way she greeted me was: It's closed !!!! And then, after making sure I had made a reservation, she said very quietly: Your name and I said: excuse me? and she looked at me like I was an idiot and told me again very slowly: your naaaaaaame! She was not familiar with the word please, so I had to tell her that I was not getting the room for free and that she should be patient. It was the first time I ever tried a motel over booking. I will NEVER do that again. I went to the room afterward and the hallway smelled better than the room. If it hadn't been midnight I never would have stayed. I usually never do this but it was really a no go and I use only this platform to book my business trips and maybe I have to reconsider it.

Poor

The bathroom smelt of sewage. When we previously stayed it wasn't an issue but this time the smell was really bad. As we were travelling we put up with it but wouldn't stay again

Horrible smell in toilet, no heating in room, main light just kept on flickering even after 10 minutes.

difficult to say as it’s a truckers motel. perhaps a bit overpriced with 69€

Customer service was appalling. Both staff made clear attempts to avoid us on arrival. When we asked about our booking, we were told aggressively that there were no rooms and we couldn't stay. When politely trying to show the Booking.com reference number on my phone, the staff member started shouting, "No rooms, not possible, no" whilst waving her arms at us. At 9pm in the evening, with two small children, we could hardly go anywhere else. We had also used the app to indicate when we would arrive and got a response back to say everything was sorted. Presumably that is an automated response; Booking.com need to improve this process or not offer it.We had nowhere else to go, so after standing in the entrance way with all our bags, another member of staff reluctantly gave us a form to fill out, told us to queue at the petrol station to pay, then handed us a key. We walked around until we found the room, which was reasonable, although had a lot of flies and silverfish in it.Had we not had the children with us, I would have slept in the car rather than stay. If it was my business, I would dismiss the staff member for gross misconduct. I can't imagine speaking to a customer or a family this way and completely ignoring a booking. It really upset the kids and they felt anxious about staying. Unless you have no other options, I would avoid this Autohof at all costs.

Clean room. Smell not very nice, no wifi in rooms, no frigo, no air conditioning.

Location to the motorway was okay

Staff very miserable no glasses new cups in the room asked for a glass to have a glass of water almost got to Go away and you can’t have a glass you can have a drink

it's not a Hotel but a Motel

the shower had little water, and the bathroom has a horrible smell.

Good place, nice staff.It was 24/7 and had a gas station to buy food & drink so very handy!

Reception completely unprofessional. 20 min of waiting just to proof i paid via booking.comMorning breakfast chef pretending to be a doctor and asking rude way did i was vaccinated twice. No... i was vaccinated once by Johnson Daaaaa! Doctor chef.
