Pros +
- Staff were very kind and welcoming. Location is perfect. Hotel was cozy and comfortable.
- The room was comfortable, and the bathroom lovely.
- Location , friendly staff
Cons -
- I picked the hotel because of the good reviews of the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not available, a private party blocked the access. The alternative room offered was not inviting at all. We had to eat out, and sleep was disrupted multiple times by guests leaving the party. It could have been easily avoided by giving us a room away from the parking lot. Not very considerate by the management.
- Quite basic for a 4 star hotel, no tea or coffee machine in the room , the pillows are like a balloon, no air conditioning in the room.
- Everything was fine.

The staff went out of their way to help me get a tour of the Schloss because it was closed for a function when we got there. Thanks so much for all your amazing help
Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff.
Everything was fine.
Beautiful appointed hotel - spacious, continental, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast. A super stay
Fabulous location. Very clean. Breakfast very tasty and something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.
Good breakfast, also one of the best restaurants in town. Fresh appearance as the hotel is fully modernized a few years ago.
The pillows are a bit unconfortable. The room temperature was quite high and there is no adjustment in the room.
Ambiente is a nice hotel in the center of Bückeburg. Friendly staff, nice rooms and all one can wish for.
Wifi is some times slow.
Breakfast spread was very good and excellent value for money. The room was spacious, light, modern and comfortable. Free car parking. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
The restaurant is nice though my dinner was strange - mushroom risotto with mushroom stuffed chicken breast and a mushroom sauce? Germans are really serious about these seasonal foods...
The bed(s) were unacceptable. So soft that you could roll if you were not lying right at the centre. And I'm really tired of asking for a double bed and getting two (tiny) single beds - that are on wheels and slide apart from each other.
we visited for the third time. all was perfect
the staff recognised us having been there before twice
great location and very nice restaurant and garden
very good food and friendly service
The room was really cute. Love the shower great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious.
My only complaint and it’s a small one, blanket/sheet was a little rough
Massive room and bathroom. Very friendly staff.
Only one night couldn't find parking.
Restaurant, eating in the garden. Great location
without air conditioning the rooms can get hot in summer
nice staff, exceptionally clean room, comfortable beds
lighting in the room
The hotel paid attention to my request for a room on the first floor. Other hotels I have stayed in did not accommodate this request.
Perfect family owned hotel with an exceptional good restaurant.
I have never been in a cleaner hotel bedroom - it really was spotless. Breakfast was great. Restaurant was super.
