B&B Hotel Schwerin-Süd

Very clean, modern and quiet double rooms. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

The space in the room is a bit tight. No elevator, which is an impediment for older and/or disabled people when staying on the upper floors.

Free parking lot just in front of the hotel, calm side of the city, hair and body wash in a bathroom which is not common thing in a B&B hotels. And the most important thing is that we could stay with our dog.

No English breakfast but it was enough other choices for good breakfast. The size of the room, quite small but it was mentioned in room description.

Room very clean and functional; quiet location with some shops nearby; good mattress; bus stop into town in front of the hotel; friendly staff who, very helpfully, even provided public transport timetables.

website info re directions to the hotel using public transport links unhelpful; it left out the best connection via bus which stops in front of the hotel and takes 20 minutes into town.no facility to make a coffee or tea

Tiny room, limited breakfast

Hearing system made loud noises all night , there is nothing around the hotel. Breakfast is very limited

The check-in was easy by self-service via a check-in machine. The Bed was comfortable.

The Towel inside the Shower (which was placed there by the staff) was wet for some reason so I needed to use a secondary towel. The water was stuck inside the Shower tray and did not drain fast enough.

The staff is very nice, available 24/7. Free Parking is wide and in front of the property. Breakfast was 10€ and ok.

The rooms were small but ok. We had our dog, so it was a little bit tight. Breakfast was ok, until 10.30 am but at 10 am they didn’t refill it, we had to ask for more eggs and sweet pastries.

Nice staff, clean room, bus stop the Schwerin center in front of the hotel. If you take the bus to schwerin center takes like 10-15min to arrive there. Shopping center Behind the hotel.

Very small rooms.

Comfy beds, competitive prices, clean and great location for our needs. Also free parking and excellent internt. Didnt try the breakfast. grocery store close by

Not really a flaw, but more something to be aware of if its important to someone else. Staff during check in didnt seem to speak english. This wasnt an issue for us cause we could communicate with gestures and my very very basic school german that i learned 2 decades ago

Very nice room. we stayed one day in the Hotel. Staff was very welcoming, the guy at the reception gave us the bus schedule and helped us a lot. the parking outside is free which is a great benefit. also there’s a Kaufland a couple of minutes walk. all in all we liked it pretty much

everything was nice

Great stay! We needed a calm, silent, simple and not too expensive place to sleep during our city trip and the hotel gave all that. The bed was small but comfortable, and the room was very silent at night.

Disappointing

no kettle to warm water (hot water expensive: 2£ for a cup of only warm water), no refrigerator.

breakfast is not included in the price - in any case, the hotel didn’t offer us this option from the very beginning and we had to pay extra charges
