everything was perfect

I dont travel much and do not have high standards but It was all I needed. Clean rooms, great location and decent breakfast.

No complaints.

The room is organized and clean.

The room is lackinga refrigerator, room is far from the elevator , no toothbrush/ toothpaste available at reception and no Wifi connection on the floors except the lobby.

We've got a twin room, but it was a short notice booking for just one night, so it was ok.

Breakfast was very good, staff pleasant, location conveniently opposite railway station.

Expensive rooms during Easter weekend (50 pct more expensive), bed lousy, soft.Mini bar in room removed, hardly any tv channels on the smallest tv you can think of.

Everything was very good, breakfast, room, specially the fact that it's across from the main station.

Right at the train station. It is what it looks like, doesn’t pretend anything. Simple, but provides everything you need.

The beds were not the most comfortable.

The stuff we’re very friendly! The room is big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The place is just by the train and the city center.

My only minus is that there is no tea or coffee in the room.

Localization and staff

Worst Intercity I have stayed. Berlin and Lübeck are much better. Old fashioned, poor breakfast, bed isn't comfortable. Staff are very friendly and localization is very nice. You can do everything by foot. My expectations were great because Berlin Intercity is very modern and also Lübeck.

Staff was really friendly. I have a lot of food allergies and usually there's nothing for me at the breakfast. But I was really happy that they made me freshly baked bread so I could also eat something. Thank you! ?

Nice hotel very close to city centre and railways station.Very good breakfast. Hotel is nothing fancy but has everything you need. Room very clean.

Very convenient location if you're arriving by train—close to the station but still quiet. If you're driving, you can also find parking near the hotel. There's a great bakery Junge Die Bäckerei at the train station that opens at 5:30 AM—perfect for breakfast.

The hot water was inconsistent, with intermittent supply and brief interruptions.

Inadequate provision of tea and coffee in the room. One teabag(herbal), one teabag, one coffee sachet for TWO people each day.Space for fridge but no fridge.

Unbeatable location, next to the main train station. The room size was bigger than what we expected. The conform of the bed was good and really quiet.

In our particular case, the room was not ready at the check-in time. We received an automatic response to our request to do an early check-in, which was not true. It is unclear if the issue is on the Booking app side or from the hotel.

Breakfast, location., reception staff was friendly and helpful, Thank you. The room was OK.

No refrigerator , safe and tea kettle. As a diabetic, i need a refrigerator for insulin and sam food

The breakfast buffet was very nice with many options. The location was amazing, as it was next to the train/bus station and very close to the center.

They double booked our room

They gave our room to someone else, they said they are fully booked and offered NO compensation. We had to walk for 30 min at 9pm to ho to another hotel which was very expensive for our budget. InterCity is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.

The rooms were quite comfortable and well located.

Have to pay for tea/hot water. The towels had hair on them that wasn't ours. The trash bins didn't have bags. No minifridge/safe. The soap container by the sink had shampoo/conditioner and shower container had hand soap. The windows and windowsills were unclean.

Clean, good staff, soft bed. Close to castle.

No fridge, outdated rooms, air conditioner was not good, $200 per night is ridiculous for this room when I paid $170 for a 4 star hotel in this city.
