The appearance of some guests who decided to have breakfast unproperly dressed, disturbing the overall vibe of this hotel.

Big enough for 3. Looked old (decoration) but very clean and good maintenance.

As above.Lack of flexibility : did not allow to have a late check out although the hotel was pretty empty. However, I have to understand it’s its rules.

Really good hotel. The receptionist was really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy with the garage under the hotel. Good location only minutes from Schwerin castle.

Nice and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, complimetary 2 bottles of water in room, rooms and the hotel itself nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, not far from the city centre

Paid (and pretty expensive) parking, no real air-conditioning (just a very weak fan)

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, big room. Underground public parking. Close proximity to city center and castle. Next to one of the lakes.

A bit dusty. Our entrance door was not closing smoothly (looks like refurbishment did not match the wall sizes and frame was too narrow for door to close easy) Hotel better to check on that as sometimes out door was not locking easily.

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed plus more. We appreciated all the extra little details in the room!The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Plaza was really pleasant. The staff was polite and helpful. The room had all the facilities we needed and it was cosy. The breakfast was tasty, with many options to choose from.

The breakfast had the most vegan options we ever came across!

The stay was expensive and did not even include parking.

Thanks a lot to the security guard, who was supposed to just give us the keys, as we came after the reception was closed. There was a small problem and he really owned solving it.

Small cabin for bikes, where bikes get damaged because of the limited space.

The place was really nice and clean. The staff were amazing. They helped us a lot

Unfortunately, my autistic boy wet his duvet. I notified the staff about it.

Great value for money, clean and modern. Spacious room great for a family of three with a 5 years old child, who had enough space in the room to move around.Breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks choices, incl. fresh baked mini pancakes that our daughter loved.

The variety of tea and instant coffee were provided in the room, but it would be rather nice to have a capsule coffee machine in the room.

wonderful staff, friendly and helpful, we arrived very late and they were so welcoming. the room was fabulous, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The shower was a dream, the bed very comfortable, plenty of sockets, we counted 16 in total. Iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge, water. WiFi signal great. parking directly under the hotel. fantastic buffet breakfast. we'll be back. thank you. ?

Want to stay in a hotel between major roads and a railway track?

The hotel is located between two major roads and a railway track.We had booked 2 rooms with a sea view and that was it, on the other side of the four-lane road. A lot of dust on the back of the couch, piles of dust in the corners behind the curtains in both rooms, there were loose electrical cords hanging under the sink.The rooms appear to be fairly recently renovated and the focus has been on aesthetics, not function. You can't turn off the bedside light when you're in bed, if you run out of toilet paper you won't be able to reach it from the toilet, there were loose electrical cords under the basin and there's nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom.We had been instructed by the staff to book in a way that turned out not to be rewards based.The staff tried, the management who is in the absence of customer perspective, make strange decisions and are not interested in any kind of accommodating, because it is so stipulated in their rules, as we were told:)The management apologized and pointed out that it was really the fault of the staff who had misinformed me, which in itself is disgusting.That attitude from the management and the handeling of my issue means that I will never be able to recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms.

Good location, a short walk from the town centre, yet easily accessible by car. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike

Clean, large comfortable room. Good shower, nice furnishings. Fabulous breakfast and large dining room. Coffee and tea with a kettle in the room. OK temperature control in room as it was not hot weather.-.weak air conditioning could.be an issue in hot weather. Just a bit of a walk along the lake to schloss and downtown and it's a bit further to the train station Mitte.
