Grand Hotel

Very clean and new

Breakfast not with a large variety of food

The Grand Hotel is lovely and People is very nice. We reserved 2 rooms and both are very good and beds were great. Everything is new and very clean in the bathroom. That was perfect. If we come back in this region we want to go back to the Grand Hotel for kindness of the people and the quality of the hotel.

the breakfast is good but any pastries are proposed.

Parking, easy to reach, quick service, silence room

Limited electric light when you enter the room.

We were very impressed with the hotel, very clean and the service was excellent.Rooms are spacious. There is plenty of free parking.

Not much

Location, unfriendly staff, room not ready on time

A nice new Refurbished hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant was nice and cosy and tasty food. Liked this place so much that I extended my stay. N/A

Excellent pizza in the restaurant. Room cozy.Breakfast good but could start earlier

I realised afterwards I was charged for an extra beer I didn't have. Seemed short staffed in the evening

Breakfast was very nicethe very best hotel on my 8 days roadtrip in germanyThe staff was kind and politeI will come again Sorry my bad german ;-))

Hard to find any problem here - big smile ;-)

We had booked Holiday home in Wietzendorf in the L neburg Heath with a view of the countryside via Booking.com but they would not let us in on the day we had booked. As we had elderly relatives we had to make a last minute booking here for 6 people and 4 rooms. They were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were good and the food was great, thank you.

Air conditioning would have helped as there was some traffic boiler with the windows open

Nice spacious room with modern bathroom. Easily accessible and good free parking.

Liked the rooms. Polite and helpfull people. Had a bit of trouble paying with card, but tried again a few hours later and it was ok.

Excellent and new facilities, the staff is so nice and helpful, the food is great! The hotel is placed very close to autobahn, so it's easy to get to and from.

A very neat little hotel, modern and nicely decorated. Good parking in hotel grounds. Close to city center and highway. Nice restaurant in-house. All in all a pleasant stay.

Family atmosphere - seems that all family is involved. Very good attitude towards the kids. Small and cozy hotel.

That there was no Iron in the hotel.

It is a nice & very accessible place. The rooms clean & very comfortable. The staff are good & friendly. The breakfast was great!

The rooms were great. Everything brand new and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The service was great and dinner was amazing.

The position

- The guy who met us upon arrival late at night was very impolite and even rude.. I could say maybe aggresive also! - The pos didnt work he said and made us go find a bank to pay with cash. After a 10 hour trip ...He gave the receipt but what kind of hotell does that in 2022????Really dude??- The room was smelly from closure- Alla and all NOT good

Very nice, clean and fresh

No elevator

The location was great! Central and very easy to get to.
