- I am trying to have my pants again and the person from the reception is hanging up on me. I called after 2 hours I left the room explaining that I forgot my pants in the bathroom and I am still waiting feedback…I am incredible about the way the person are treating me! I just want to have my pants back! I wrote 3 messages without any answer! I am trying to call and person hanging up on my face all time! I can not believe that I will not have my pants back! Still waiting feedback from someone! We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and now they are treating me like that! Incredible!!!

- The bed sofa was not to the liking of our sun. He said it was uncomfortable. Big bed in our family room was fine.

Clean, Nice staff, close to Heide Park.
Cleas and tidy room. Friendly host.

It was a pleasant stay. I made a late booking (9pm) but that was no problem. The room had a good size. It was nice and clean. Looks like it had been renovated recently. I had a good nights sleep.
No none speaking channels in the television
The short stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful with clear explanations. The penthouse apartment exceeded our expectations with more than enough space for 3 people to move around. The apartment is a very modern, quiet room, with this amazing rain shower head and complete kitchen which included a dishwasher, combi microwave, and even a washer/dryer combo. We had nice weather and really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony/terrace. It's a perfect location to stay and relax, and it's close to town. Most people in town don't speak English, but we managed. Our top family attraction was Heide Park. So absolutely recommended place to stay.
On arrival, it was not clear where to park as the parking spaces were limited. We used public parking spaces a little further from the building.
Super spacious, nice and modern penhouse apartment we enjoyed our stay here and we’d recommend to other travelers going to Soltau or Heide park!
Appartaments building in very good location in the old town, near restaurants, shops, bars. Spacios, modern. Free parking.
