Landhaus Eden 3 Sterne Superior

The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. There was plenty of breakfast options, and what I tasted was all good! Forgot to mention that I was impressed with the towel heater.

The rooms had some nice features like the under bed motion controlled led lights or the highly adjustable reading lights. Good selection for breakfast.

The hotel has clearly seen better days symbolized by the condition of the armchair in our room: looks well made and stylish, but is in need to maintenance or replacement. The carpet was questionably clean, the bathroom walls looked old or even moldy, the breakfast buffet had flies crawling around. The interface to sign in after reception closed required us to enter all our details again despite the booking obviously already containing all our details. Not what you want to do arriving at night.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Rooms at the back are particularly quiet as well. Good parking, good access from the A7 motorway.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no staff at the desk in the morning. Just a girl serving the breakfast buffet, in and out.

We were supposed to check in with a machine outside the hotel because we arrived late. But the machine didn’t work. But hotel staff came in 10 minutes.

We have been visiting this hotel quite a few times now, alsways as part of a longer car journey through Europe. Closely located to the A7 motorway, this hotel is very suitable for a quiet, comfortable overnight stay. It has a good, reasonably priced restaurant and plenty of parking space.

Staff (and perhaps ownership) seem to change often. While they are courteous, they don't always speak German or even English.

Perfect hotel for a stop over on our way. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Dinner was really good there too.

Self check in is not working

The self-check-in system was out of order, and no one answered the emergency call. As a result, I couldn’t retrieve the key card after making the payment. I had to find another hotel and later return to request a refund.

Very good breakfast!!! Everything fresh and neat presented. Fantastic bread and croissants. Staff perfectly trained.

Old worn Furniture. Cracking plaster on the walls in the bathroom. Shower curtain yellow at the bottom. Blankets and pillows poor quality.

Food was great ! Room was clean and confortable. Staff very polite and operative

Good location, easy drive to both Heidi and Serengeti parks. Delicious breakfast. Large, free parking.

Please do not book hotel rooms on the third floor, which are without airconditioning, when the outside temperature is high. Is just not comfortable and results in less sleep.

The hotel is so nice and cozy with a great view, spacious rooms with a modern style. The food was also good and tasty and the staff was kind and helpfull. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location relatively close to highway, the breakfast was great, the dinner was absolutely ok

That we got the wrong room, we should have had a room with a wide double bed bur had a small one with two singles in room 215

Very nice and easily reachable hotel for an overnight stay during a long journey between countries.The rooms are comfortable and easily accessible. The restaurant offers good food and friendly service at a reasonable price.

The breakfast opens only at 07:00. It was clear that many guests were hoping that they might unlock (!) the doors between the bed rooms and the restaurants earlier.

Good for a stayover one night on our way southbound.I love that they have a restaurant so that you can get a meal when you arrive.Good food.

The room was a little warm and the A/C wasn’t running well, but it got cool with the window open. We didn’t have it open originally because people were smoking and talking loud right outside the room.

Lovely hotel and beautiful location, very near the autobahn and easy to reach and find. We arrived late and the check in automat worked well. The breakfast was really nice! Totally recommended!

Couldn't stay! The room keys didn't work. Nobody answered my calls. Had to book another hotel :-(
