Nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The restaurant not covered by all-inclusive is excellent.

Wi-fi was a bit slow and it seemed expensive for what it is. I didn’t like the breakfast layout, and it is also a very big place. Also, a large proportion of the floor area seems allocated only to all-inclusive, with an apparently quite small selection of options.

My family and myself loved all services such as swimming pool, bowling, restaurant etc

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well lit (my only complaint from my first stay)

I stayed here one month earlier and there was a complimentary bottle of water in the room. This stay cost significantly more money, there was no complimentary water and only sparkling water was available to buy.The barman made a mistake when pouring my drink and instead of admitting it, he argued with me. It took his colleague getting involved, who agreed with me immediately, to have the drink replaced. Even then, the first barman didn't want to admit it was his mistake. Terrible customer service from him, but really good from his colleague

Lots of fun activities for children, especially the recreational ones with the bever mascot. We really enjoyed the DJ in the evening, with dancing for both children and adults.

Some of the open rooms for children were empty, i.e. there was very little for them to do in the room. For example the room in the Flinck restaurant and the room in the lobby.I found our bedroom quite dirty. When moving the beds together in our bedroom we noticed leftover crisps (from previous guests I assume) on the carpet floor.

I received 3 rooms , unclened one by one! The third was finnaly clean! it was very Cold în the room. personals from front desk totallyi unproffesional.

Easily accessible by car. Noticed a City Link bus stopped outside so probably good for public transport too. Plenty of parking. Clean Rooms. Decent Breakfast.

All the food was excellent. The bed is clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The pool is great!

Comfortable, clean and convenient

The lighting in the bathroom is very bad. There needs to be more light around the mirror as a minimum

Dinner at a la carte restaurant was very good. Breakfast is ok. Room is basic.

There were only two towels, just enough for one person in the bathroom, we had to go to reception for more. The same happened two years ago at our previous visit, standard procedure?

Unfortunately the first person at the reception wasn't nice. The room was very cold and they couldn't fix the heating properly.The pool area is nice however no towels ,no soap in the showers . All the notifications that are sent in Dutch, even though it's a official language but we're all tourists and we couldn't figure out all the options and benefits that are being offered in a brochure.

When I booked, I did not realize this was also a small water park. Had a great time at the pools and hot tubs.

Comfortable bed, strange pillows

Bathroom facilities for a wheelchair user. Could not access toilet, could not access shower. Had to use public toilet across the corridor. Sink very high and could not see mirror to use. Designed by a person that does not use a wheelchair! Very unsatisfactory to arrive and find a very unconpatible room.

Room was clean and simple, the reception staff was excellent but the restaurant staff was horribly rude and could not care less about the guests.

We payed a very high last minute price which led us to believe the ‘audience’ would be of the standard of this price. But we have to be honest that probably most guests got their rooms trough holiday-deals type sources.

Close to the Assen Circuit. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant open until 10pm.

Easy access and truck parking-Staff great as I was thinking I was royalty with their attitude and professionalism. 5 star

The fitness was closed when I arrived on Sunday afternoon.

The location for us was amazing, the facilities were exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perhaps the walk from the car park, it was a little of a long way round due to the glass barriers.

The staff is nice. Plus you have gym in the hotel price, which I used and the gym is huge. The hotel is also very big. Everything was clean, the rooms are also spacy. It was definitely a pleasant stay and I would return with pleasure.

The breakfast was nice, but it should have more plant and plant-based options (a plus for the soy milk). Otherwise than that it was perfect.
