First off the hotel is beautiful! Absolutely loved the feel of the place. The food was incredible and the breakfast was a lovely feature. Loved the patio to share a bevy with friends. Staff was very helpful and most accommodating. Clean rooms also.

Very nice place. Great cozy rooms with all amenities, and delicious bistro downstairs.

Comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom, well stocked kitchenette so we could prepare our own food

The lighting was very dim in the foyer so we had trouble getting the key in the door each time.

Charming small hotel in historic Sneek. Friendly staff, central location, quiet and a nice restaurant on the ground floor.

Very friendly staff.The Location of the Hotel is exzellent and parking in the bricht,spacious underground car park in the immediate vincinity is also very good.Free 24 Hours a day. The WLAN was stabile.

We had booked two deluxe double rooms and arrived at around 11am. We were told that we could move into the rooms from 3pm. When we arrived at around 4.30pm, we were given the keys to the rooms on the first floor. However, one room had not been cleaned at all.Because room service was unavailable, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. Same category according to the manager. With a kitchenette, but only with a dormer window instead of floor-to-ceiling windows. We also immediately smelled a musty odour, so we had to ventilate through the narrow window gap, which could only be opened, and the corridor window.After further complaints, we were told that we could move into the original room the next morning, which was then ready.However, in the evening we realised that the 2nd room we had booked had not been cleaned.Breakfast: There was no buffet.It was attractively served and very tasty, but the price-performance ratio was not right.

We stayed in room 5 and it was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby.Location excellent. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again

Nothing to not like

Lovely old traditional Dutch house right opposite the water gate in Sneek. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free parking behind the hotel.

had to pay to park on site and once paid this didn't guarantee your parking spot so once parked didnt feel like you could go out in the car again

Location brilliant

On arrival no reception staff the restaurant act as the reception - no idea about much - parking - breakfasts - room had bare floor boards that did not meet the bathroom so there was a gap - the windows don’t open - really disappointed

Great location, nice restaurant, great breakfast. Nice bright bedroom. Very comfy bed, pillow and linen.

Almost useless wifi in the room. Overlooking the road, which was surprisingly noisy because of the brick surface and the old-style single glazed windows. Good e-bike charging infrastructure, but fierce signs that the cost is €3/bike - I've never been invoiced before!

This is very basic old pub style accommodation that has a restaurant.

Paying for car parking that is obviously part of the property. That we didn't get the room we were promised. The room was very tired and dated and could do with more though as to what would make them comfortable. Like the cane bedside shelves which were useless as a side table because they had a curved top. Couldn't put anything on top and were too far from the bed to reach.

The room size, location in the center by Sneekport, and the mini kitchen.We stayed here several years ago and returned to find the room in even better condition than the first visit. Nicely updated.

The fragrance for the soaps, etc, supplied by the hotel, were, in our view, a bit too powerful, so we used our own.And the chairs while they were stylish were uncomfortable to relax in or read.

I just stayed there to sleep. I arrived around 20.00 and left already around 04.00 because I participated in the Slachte Marathon. I had a good rest although I could hear neighbors walking.

Everything was just where I was looking for. Only the parking place was occupied, but you can expect that when you arrive at 20.00 hrs.

Great location to walk to anywhere in the old city

Rooms were hot at night and windows couldn’t open. No lobby or meeting place unless you sat in the restaurant but then you were obligated to Oder something.
