Hotel am Kieler Schloss by Première Classe

Good Hotel in good Location

no. everythings was right

Small and practical and in a good location

I don’t have any soap and the water temperature in the shower was either freezing for burning hot

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the center. The staff was polite and the room was spacious enough. The lady at the reception was kind enough to let us leave our bags for a few hours while visiting.

Good staff. Close to transport. Safe and clean.

My navigation app sent me to the property’s other location. This wasted time, after an already very long day. Tenants at that location are asked frequently for a correct address.

Central location, pleasant staff, clean room

I was very happy with the location of the hotel, cleanliness in the room, and friendly staff.

Located in the city center. There are many restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and shops around.

It was renovated a long time ago. Old lighting system. Very small shower cabin. I had purchased it with breakfast, but they still charged me for breakfast.

That it wasn't expensive and close to my final destination.

There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and flying dead bugs near the window.

Old but nice hotel. Hotel was in the middle of the town and we had nice room. It was a little old but clean and functionally.

Parking was a little complicated

Excellent location, clean, modern

Pet fees

Very good hotel, great location. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean, with the windows closed you can't hear the street noise. p.s. for lovers of a hearty and substantial breakfast - with omelet, bacon, porridge and sausages, there is a wonderful establishment nearby called Cup & Cino. It was a fantastic breakfast on a beautiful sunday morning.

The location, the price, the morning staff.

The broken lift, the tagless towels, the crumbling wallpaper.

Nice centrally located hotel. Close to the city but also close to the cruise port. The room is clean and in good condition. Check-in went smoothly.

The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower is very small and you can't move around in it. The breakfast was also very sparse, there were bread rolls and toppings. Nothing in yogurt or anything like that.

It was very nice and right in the middle of Kiel festivities! I loved it!

There is a weathered glass door downstairs, I think the lock is getting old and needs replacement.

Excellent stuff. Good price. Good location.

Pillows were so big and puffy so not quite comfortable.

The receptionist where super kind, received the bags before check-in, and even managed to get the room a couple of minutes before it. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff is super kind. They'll ask for the room number at the start of your breakfast and then it's a buffet. The electricity system is pretty neat, allows you to be more aware of picking up the card for the door before leaving.

It is a couple of minutes away from the main train station, but it's an easy trip to follow back and forth. You may get a bit lost after the church, but it's super easy to find later. They didn't had a safe inside the room.

It was close to where I wanted to be

The bed in the 1st room I was in was torn and had a dip in the middle of it.The room I got moved to was fine but the curtain didn't cover the window.

The hotel is conveniently located, there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious.

It seems that only the floor and the table are cleaned regularly. It was dusty on the curtains and on the top of the wardrobe.

I was able to walk from the train station. And then from there to the cruise ship pier. Perfect location

It was basic interior, all white, I was missing the extra touch of color or warmth
