Large room, comfortable bed, clean clean clean.

Nothing. It was the best hotel in my budget that I had the whole time in Germany. And regrettably the only one where I was staying only one night.

Good location...friendly staff

Nothing really...looking a little bit outdated and tired...bed is old...but for the price I paid I guess it's ok..

Reception Staff was very courteous and helpful.

1.The breakfast leaves a little to be desired of.Coffee is terrible-invest in a Cappuccino/Espresso machine. 2.Do not block the windows with the bed.Rooms are very hot and the inability to fully open the window is frustrating. 3.Draft taps-no draft beer

Good location

No information was supplied on when the reception closed. When I arrived shortly before 19.00, a member of staff was just locking up. It turned out they had sent me a pin for the key safe (not the same as the booking pin), which I could not have accessed without internet. So it would have been a major inconvenience if I had arrived 5 min later.No lift. Minimal equipment in the room, no kettle, not even a glass for brushing the teeth. Hairs in the shower. Plugs so far away from the table that I had to sit on the bed to work on the laptop. Rubbish breakfast, no fruits or vegetables, only one kind of cold meat. No indication that they charged extra for the breakfast, which was not value for money.

I like the location the beds were comfortable, and of course the staff were very friendly!

For the price and the location and then comfortable beds I could not say any negative

Great Location, easy late check-in, I booked very late and I check-in easily.

Room was dusty

It was almost clean.

The shower didn't have hot water :(The TV sound didn't work.The pillows are really flat, and the mattress is very uncomfortable.

When I came and called the staff member I was told that they have my name and confirmation but due to "technical problems" there is no free room and they can't do anything but a cancellation. They recommended me to find a new hotel. I received no email/message about any possible problem before my trip. As a consequence I have to stay outside. All other hotels/houses around are filled.

Location and staff were very good. Breakfast was also good. And good bang for buck.

Ah well. I got a room on the third floor. I know it was on the cheaper end but no elevator is really a let down for a hotel. The room was small and basic. You get what you pay for. So fair but not stunning.

Bathroom too dirty, bugs on the corner, mould above the bathtab.... I haven't taken any picture cus i don't want to keep such nasty photos on my phone!!!

This is a very charming hotel that has a real sense of going back in time. They should make more of a feature of its age.Really friendly and helpful staff.

The online check-in. It feels very impersonal and creates a poor first impression. Although it's age has a certain charm, the hotel does need some TLC. I came across quite a few things in need of fixing.

Good location , within comfortable walking distance of xmas markets and places to eat. Buffet breakfast was good. WiFi was good. There was some limited parking available

The rooms are outdated, and the furniture is rather old. The breakfast selection is modest, and the coffee did not taste well.

Only that the sink in the bathroom was clog and didn’t drain almost at all.

In the middle of the city. Clean, attentive personel.

I heard a snoring of one customer next to my room. The insulation may be better. It was very disturbing.

The day reception staff person was lovely, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was freshly cleaned, spacious and comfortable.

The evening reception person was grumpy and everything seemed too difficult. The room didn't have any coffee facilities or even a jug to boil water, and certainly no refrigerator.. The day reception person allowed us to put a few things in the kitchen/bar freezer, but that became quite an issue to retrieve them later with the evening reception person. Again the day reception person boiled the kitchen jug for us to put some water in a thermos We didn't know how to check out as we wanted to leave early abt 6am. Everything was in darkness, so we just let ourselves out the front door.
