Staff at the front desk were absolutely awful. No milk or code in room for 3 days. Staff so rude I was horrified

Very nice property rooms were great.

The only complaints I would have is that I would have like a little bigger refrigerator and I didn’t like how high the tub was. At my age it was a little difficult making that high of a step up and it was quite tricky getting out as it was so high.

Very close to all sites and to the Baltic Sea

We agreed to skip daily cleaning of our room and got a 5 € Bonus for the stay , which was not applicable on our bill.. only for food or drinks..Means spend more money on us .. savings for the hotel .. strange

Great place to stay. Wonderfull food and really nice spa. I totally enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming back.

Parking lots are kind of smaller. Just be prepared if you will have a rental car as I did, it is scary to try to fit in. Anyway they do have parking and I managed to park :)) not a hotels fault probably anyway.

I liked the location of the hotel, the staff, and the comfort of the room. The view of the harbor was pleasant. The breakfast was sumptuous and had lots of delicious options.

When I arrived, the room was quite cold and the heater control is not intuitive - there is no panel. As my heater was malfunctioning, it required the intervention of a technician. At the end, everything had been fixed properly.

Great hotel, old but cozy, Great breakfast, I liked question if I want to save 5 EUR and 1 day of cleaning. Parking quite small. Hotel placed in walking distance to Xmas market etc.

Parking - small. Was not easy to get a spot and size of spots quite small.

Food was great and rooms are clean

Please do something about the annoying card keys

Friendly staff great breakfast and only 15-20 minute taxi ride to the port for our cruise

For a four-star property, everything was great – comfortable room, comfortable beds, nice restaurant, friendly staff, etc., etc.

Bathroom was a bit on the small side and I'm not sure it had air-conditioning

Narrow and expensive parking option. ..but at least there was parking option.Need badly refurbishment...

Duvets and pillows way too soft and big - it would have been nice with a summer duvet - instead we each got a duvet the size fitting a double bed.I didn't like that parking was 23 euros, no discount for guests of the hotel. Parking fee much higher than comparable places in Berlin and Hamburg - not very satisfactory

Fantastic location for cruise passengers as a short walk across a park, less than 5 minutes.Nice staff and great breakfast.Can keep cases secure until time to board.About 1 mile walk from train station.

Nothing bad, but rooms could do with at least USB charge points.Morning cleaner, lightly tapped door then entered, lucky I had underwear on at least, she quickly turned and walked away lol!! But no apology.

Perfect as allways, we use to use this hotell every year as a break in our way from Slovakia to Norway. Close to the sea walk, beautyfull park and city center with plenty restaurants. Breakfast is also just fantastic here, strong coffee, many local cheeses, even prosecco :-)

Located near a park and a few minutes walking from pedestrian area, this hotel is really nice and quiet. Room is small but comfortable, bathroom with spacious shower and toiletries, safe. Coffee and tea as well as water are available in the room. Breakfast buffet which offers a variety of choice. Parking available. You can also buy drinks at the reception. Bar is open in the evening and serves nice cocktails.

the safe is positioned a little too high in the wardrobe. You might think of that if you put some little things, you will not be able to check what is inside :)
