Hotel Berliner Hof by Coffee Fellows Hotels

Stayed at this hotel a few times already and have always had a wonderful experience. The newly renovated rooms are lovely, breakfast is delicious, free coffee all day and amazing staff!

Great location across the street from the Hbf, 10 minutes walk to ferry terminals, quiet, friendly and definitely value for money.

I’ve stayed at the hotel several times for both work and leisure and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly, and while the rooms are simple, they’re exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, and the free coffee available all day is a lovely bonus! Very convenient location too.

The single rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable ans absolutely fine for a couple of days.

Nice building clean and everything worked, staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the help yourself coffee and tea facility. Would stay again, without doubt.

Breakfast is very good, I came to Hotel arr 22.sm in the morning and It was very convenient for ne that Hotel zbetliner was situated very bear to the Kiel Main station.

I prefer that at least one of your staff personal is available for late and night check ins.Because at nights we have to check in online, it's a bit probkem if you miss some thing you gave to call Hotel and if a foreigner co es, he might have difficulties to Mobile pho e connectoo s and WiFi, I Tarbet at that time.

Clean. Centrally located.

Breakfast was average. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No facewashers. Checkin was impersonal.

The hotel is a little treasure for the many little services it provides to the customers.I like the care of the reception.

Always other rude customers who keep their enthusiastic conversations in the corridors on late evening.The scare of receiving a link in my mail for pre registration (you know, for scam et cie). I double-checked with the hotel, and they told me it was theirs.

It was a rare experience to sit in an empty café in the evening, as it was booked just for us.

During breakfast there was quite a long gap between when all the bread and croissants were gone and when fresh ones were brought out. We managed to get some, but the people after us had to wait 15 minutes or more.Also, the room design is very old-fashioned.

Amazing space. Style, comfort and plenty thoughtfull details. Breakfest was top. Staff superfriendly, they obviously love their jobs, which is a food sign of a well-run place.

I liked the welcoming room, the possibility to drink coffee and rest in a quiet place and the kindness of people. Also the location nearby the train station.

The location of the hotel is very good. A few mins away from Kiel central station. The breakfast, although variety isn't large, is very wonderfully prepared and tastes very good. For a short business trip or a short stay over, I would highly recommend this hotel. But not for a long holiday as there aren't many facilities.

The shower area is extremely small in size. My 2m tall husband had alot of difficulties moving in the little cubicle during shower. The bedroom, family room, was rather small in size. Can be quite a hazard if there are any emergencies,

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and provide recommendations when needed. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location. Simple but good breakfast.

We had some trouble getting our key-cards on the screen in the lobby, even though we had made the check-in before coming to the hotel. Luckily someone came to help us

Very clean, helpful staff and amazing location. I had a double which had air conditioning which was really nice during the heat wave.

Perhaps the breakfast could be improved but it was okay.
