Comfort Hotel Tom Kyle

Clean and comfortable with welcoming staff and a great breakfast

Wow!! Where do I start? I cannot say enough about this amazing hotel. I rarely take the time to write an indepth review however this hotel deserves to be recognized for their outstanding service in all departments. The cleanliness, food and room were absolutely amazing. However the service was above and beyond. Let's stay with Heike. The most amazing lady at the front desk. While at Hamburg airport, the staff there lost my mother's rollator(mobility walker). Shipping out on a cruise the next day we were frantically trying to find a new one. Because we don't speak German we approached Heike if she could call the medical aid store in town and assist us in helping us purchase a new one since we only had one hour left before they closed. She not only helped us but she had a taxi waiting for us and immediately had our room all organized so we only had to drop our luggage and go. Absolute sweet soul of a lady. She truly went above and beyond doing front desk work for the hotel. Keep up the good work, Comfort Hotel Tom Kyle!! 5 stars and beyond for all of you lovely folks.

I honestly have nothing negative to say regarding this amazing place.

The friendly staff and breakfast I always felt very welcomed

The staff backhard was next to my room it was a bit disturbing to hear them arriving in the morning

Extremely wonderful staff. So kind as my wife suffer from cancer and stay in UKSH. They gave me free parking as a gift. The breakfast was really good. Also free coffee all time available. It’s a really great small hotel with great service.

Nothing, all was great.

Very Good Breakfast with very kind staff. The rooms are quite and comfortable.

The price is a little high.

Location was perfect for going to the boat in the morning and the Thai restaurant around the corner was fantastic.

Rooms were small and smelly but very friendly staff and lovely breakfast!

Super friendly staff, small but high quality breakfast, nice room. Very good location

Only thing missing is air conditioning

The staff was great, spoke english and was extremely polite. We felt very welcome! The cleaning service was over the top, really good! Breakfast was moderate in selection, but well served and nice flavors altogether. All and all, a very nice place to stay for less money than similiar options. .

The gym. A professional gym 100 meter from the hotel. The best we had until now.

Room a little small

Staff and spacious room

Parking

Everything was perfect as usual, the hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly, and I especially want to thank Sauian at the reception, one of the best receptionists. We will definitely return.

Quiet area, wonderful breakfast and close by walking street and shops.

Parking is difficult

Very kind staff, very clean room, parking in front of the hotel, good breakfast

The mattresses are heavily worn

Our family room was spacious with one double and two single beds. Good location - a few minutes walk from a park, Rathaus, shops, etc. Very good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Parking in a garage a few steps away. Small welcome haribo packs made the kids froh ;)

Windows facing a small street but close enough to a more busy one - makes it a little noisy in the morning.

Very central! We had no troubles finding parking for our car :) The breakfast was amazing!

The room had no AC and was a bit warm but otherwise very good and comfy bed!

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull, advising near-by restourants.

The location was greatThe staff were friendly and welcoming

The room facilities were poor. There was no frige, no and AC.
