The Hotel was as expected for the price HOWEVER it clearly states that there is secure parking, this is NOT the case. The owners of the hotel have been contacted by many guests pointing out that they are fraudulently advertising and the staff informed us that they refuse do make the correction and this is a constant complaint. I will be contacting Booking.Com and informing them ofthe above.

Very basic and in comparison to other hotels stayed at in Germany it’s overpriced. Beds very narrow and has a “hostel” feel to it with decor/layout and keypads on door. Female receptionist came across as abrupt with the few interactions we had which was very off putting.

OK hotel room for one night. clean and nice. plus points for air conditioning in the room. Lovely shower and good beds, although a bit narrow (80cm). nice guy at the reception. Quiet and calm, room high up not backyard.

A little cramped and small hotel room for 3 people, but no crisis. Expensive to park in the car park next to the hotel. All in all, a bit too expensive hotel when breakfast is not included in the price and according to the standard.

The hotel is new and fresh, bunk beds for the kids in semi separate part. A shop and bakery close by and a new parking garage.

Only 2 seating for the room even if the room was made for 4 guests. Noise from the street and birds. The location is a bit far out of the city center

We needed a close by stay for our Colorline cruise. It was perfect. Only a 10 minute ride to the harbour. Free parking, quiet, close to the freeway, some good restaurants close by. It felt good after a long drive to be able to walk to the botanical gardens of the university. Breakfast was ok. The beds were a bit hard, but I slept ok. Good quality for the price we paid.

It was a good place to stay for one night. A bit basic if you want to stay more nights. Further no complaints.

New, clean, basic hotel that was perfect for my short stay for a conference at Christian Albrecht University a few hundred meters away. Staff all spoke English, a big plus for me.

My room had two very small twin beds that I pushed together to make a larger bed. Typical for Germany, but a single large mattress would be nice. Floor of the room was quite hard (concrete covered by thin carpet.

As for me. I want something like salads as a breakfast. The fruits are great.The location is very close to my destination, without driving.

It is kind of noisy outside in the morning, so I cannot sleep well.

The room was very clean, and it is really calm at night. I had a pleasant night, and the ecological shower products were really cool. The staff was very welcoming :)

I do not understand why there are two single beds instead of a two persons bed, it would be much more confortable. The price of the room is quite expensive.
