Pros +
- Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Good size room with lots of wardrobe space. Lots of things to explore in the surrounding countryside.

- - Breakfast was Ok. , traditional german breakfast, not so much variaty, yet Ok.- Location is strategic, moderat walking distance to the train station. Close to bus stops, yet not on the main street, which is good to avoid noise. Close to the lake and main city attractions.- Restaurant is nice. Lobby is a bit small but cousy.-Staff are nice & helpful.
Cons -
- - It could have been better if the reception provided more info on arrival, without asking, regarding the ways around, options of attraction, transportation, current events in the town, ..etc.- A bike-rental option would have been nice.
- Only complaint is the smokers at the front door. Their smoke drifted up when we had our window open. Perhaps a smoking area away from the main entrance?
- The only thing was that there was a travel group in the hotel and they occupied the breakfast buffet room. Hence we had to walk through reception to the buffet room back to the restaurant with individual items from the buffet. There were no trays and my mother is in her 90s, very difficult for her and us to have breakfast. Most guests were elderly and experienced this issue .

The hotel is in a quiet area of the town. Plenty of parking spaces and easy to find.Modern, very clean and quiet.The barman is exceedingly nice and attentive. Great service! Unfortunately we didn’t catch him when we left as he deserves a special mention.

Fantastic suite, Great restaurant and a good breakfast.
Very quiet, well-designed rooms. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Close to the centre and the lake.
For our taste the beds were a bit hard.
Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Will become my must stay at hotel in this area.
