Nothing it was great

The hotel has everything you need. There is a decent breakfast and dinner possibilities. Not far from the city centre, but you do need to take a taxi to get there. Rooms have all you need too.

House sound isolation is good. Thick curtain, clean bed sheet. Friendly staff. Flexible checkin time.

Out side window is a light, a bit too bright.

We stayed in many bastion hotels throughout Netherlands most of the rooms were a good size except one and all had fridges and great car parking

Breakfast was too expensive and restaurant just okay often no where else close to eat our first two restaurant experiences in Hague and Haarlem were terrible

too small. It was impossible to wash my face in the sink. The shower had no space for me to move.

Parking was convenient, the space was right in front of the building. The receptionist on duty was warm, welcoming and cheerful. He anticipated our arrival and used my name before I could even mention it. The decor of the reception area was a nicely decorated “old fashioned classic” with flowers, I liked it a lot. I could tell from the building design, hallway and lifts that the building is old so entering our room (#70 2nd floor) was a pleasant surprise because it looked newly refurbished, everything inside the room seemed new from floor, paint, furnishings, bathroom and decor. The only thing that probably wasn’t new were the bed mattresses because I could tell from the quality of comfort it provided. Other than that, the bed covers and towels were all white, clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked well and wasn’t noisy. The water pressure and temperature of the shower and sink were good. Our check out experience was also gezellig because the receptionist on morning duty was also very friendly. We needed a comfortable room to stay overnight and that is what we got. Overall I would rate our stay as good.

I would have preferred if there were napkins included in the coffee set up so that I didn’t have to use toilet roll sheets as coasters. Perhaps a water boiler could also be added and options for tea. It would also be nice of they could provide a suitcase rack so that unpacking/packing could be done more comfortably instead of bending to reach the floor.

Room clear and clean,big enough ,big T.V with WiFi to watch you tube or your netflix account... There was a Nespresso machine with 2 capsules with two cups and milk. I was with my partner and baby.The cod was perfect also.There is a small fridge

Everything was Okey

Extra confortabile beds! We slept very well. It was clean and suficient. A bit expensive but these are the times.

The doors are very heavy and close very loudly including the bathroom door. Other than that, all good!

The staff that was on duty (desk duty) was very helpful regarding the inconvenient I had during my visit / stay experience.

When I entered my room it had not been cleaned, there were still (personal hygiene stuff) left in the room by the previous visitors.(they apparently forgot to clean the room before my visit / stay )

Better rates than city hotels. Easy to go by bike to the city centre. Good service and very good breakfast.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice shower. It was practical for the purpose of an overnight stay at reasonable cost. Location was close to our boat which we were working on (but didn't want to spend the night on it because of the cold) as well as to our dining spot.

The receptionist (male) who checked us in was not very friendly and got a bit irritated when we couldn't immediately understand what he was saying, due to his heavily accented Dutch. His colleague the next morning (a lady) on the other hand welcomed us with a radiant smile and an infectious good mood.

location is great; 5 minutes drive from centre or a 20 minute walk.The hotel borders a main road, which is very busy but if you do not open the windows you wouldn't know!!!Staff is friendly and helpful, bed is very comfortable.If you want to stay close to the centre this is the nicest hotel to do so. very well sign posted!Private parking at the hotel is great!!

To get to and from the hotel you have to drive through a residential estate which can be confusing.Although the location is very central it does lay next to a very busy road which could put people off.There is no shelter for smokers outside.

Like the facts that the hotel was close to my event center, easy access and clean

The staffs were youths who didn't know how to handle themselves, embarrassing my guests and couldn't pass simpel information on to the next colleague that will be picking up the next shift. What a shame it was. I was highly disappointed ?

room was on the second floor, nice and spacious, next ot a busy road, but with the double windows with triple glazing you can't hear a thing if you keep them shut!!walking distance from city centre 15 minutes!private parking

We had a blocked shower drain, so if showering more than 5 minutes the bathroom would flood.The bathroom door didn't shut properly.
