Leonardo Oranje Hotel Leeuwarden

The location was excellent hotel facilities were excellent

The location is perfect. It is right near the train station and downtown. We were able to quickly check in to out room and head out for the day upon arrival. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is always accommodating. They even packed our last "breakfast" to go since we had an early train departure.

I have stayed here before and loved it then too. I thought they previously served lunch and dinner in the bar but it was only drinks. I am probably mistaken. The bartender suggested a few great places right nearby.

Location right by the train station. Spacious room with coffe/tea facilities, very clean. Good buffet breakfast. I discovered a leakage in the bathroom and the staff moved me promptly to a similar room on the same floor. Friendly and professional staff.

The only really nice thing was the very comfortable beds.

Hotel is very old and needs to be refurbished. Smell of carpets. Old doors. Not possible to reserve the parking. Breakfast costs 18 euro.

The location was perfect; it was directly across from the train station. We were there for a concert and we only had a few blocks to get to our venue. The staff was very kind and helped us with any questions we had during our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the coffee in the room was certainly a treat. I would definitely stay here again.

We could not find one thing that could have been better.

I have stayed here several times before it was Leonardo. It is a great location and the beds are very comfortable. It is clean.

It just doesn’t compare to a few years ago. It is a bit run down and no more amazing bath and body products or a lovely stocked fridge. Also the coffee was just from a machine and not good.

There was no smart tv in the room.

The first thing I liked was being able to park in the underground garage, and having a lift from there to all floors. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony, everything worked as it should. Just a short walk in to the town centre and excellent restaurants next door to the hotel.

Very little could have been better, food available in the bar would have been nice. also the hall areas were a little grubby; I think the carpets could use a steam clean ( this did not apply to the room which was very clean )

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there's a dent in the middle of the mattress or topper so we kept rolling to the middle and found is very uncomfortable to sleep

Great location close to the train and bus station, frendly staff, very comfortable room and a nice breakfast. City center and museums within walking distance. Great base for exploring Leeuwarden and Friesland.

The location was excellent right next to the train station and easy walk to the center. very good breakfast with a lot of options which i liked a lot, very helpful and kind stuff, super clean, parking on site in very good price having in mind the options of Leeuwarden. The hotel smelled very very nice.

Very noisy in front of the street as it can be very busy , so seating and relaxing in a quite environment is not really an option.I found the lobby area quite darkish, the lighting and the color of the furniture. I found the room price a bit overpriced since it was just a simple room. I would add maybe some more toiletries for example to make it more cozy.

Clean, less hospitality in hotel reception but very warm in breakfast

A sort of motor noise made us sleepless
