Great location on the central museum plaza. Pleasant quiet room. Nice staff. Good food at the restaurant. Great brewed beer.

There was a rowdy bar down the street that I could hear until closing time (after 3 am) because I had my window open for fresh air.

No elevator, You have to read tons of mail about checking in so not very comfortable if you are travelling and want that someone helps you out. So you have to do a lot on your own. AND when you translate their page to English..the password of the wifi is lso translated :)..which of course is not correct.

Friendly and welcoming staff, a cozy dining area/bar right downstairs, and only a few minutes away from the train station. Very quiet, though the room might be a bit chilly for some tastes.

It was difficult to understand the breakfast setup. I’ve marked my preferences on the card before, but this time, for example, when I marked “1” next to cheese, I literally received one slice of cheese. Of course, I could order more, but to avoid confusion, the server could clarify that marking “1” might only result in a single slice of cheese. Additionally, the door key was digital by default, accessed via phone, which may cause confusion for some people (especially if they did not book the room themselves).

Everything was perfect. The location, the service, the room and breakfast.

Very nice location in the centre of Leeuwarden. Everything is very nice organised. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is great.

The bed was between two walls. I am a very tall person, what meant it wasn't the greatest fit for me. Even though the bed itself was very comfortable.

There is only one person responsible for the Hotel Management. When she's not there, you do not get final answers on your questions.

Fantastic location. Good restaurant downstairs. Great beers. Room 8 was good. Shutters were great to block the early morning light. Not super big room but exactly right. Located 5 minutes walking from train station. And 5 min walking from city center. Parking under the square. Ideal.

Room had a broken light switch but that can be fixed.

Great location. Room was perfect and very quirky, with a great view across the square. Super comfortable as well.

The location was good and the design of the room was very nice. Decent breakfast but it took quite a long time to prepare it.

It was not mentioned that the hotel does not have an elevator, or at least that the room i booked was on the third floor without elevator. If i knew that earlier it might have changed my booking decision, given that i have an issue with my back. Also all the instructions to check in were in Dutch, which was not very user friendly. Otherwise all good!

Navigation was strange, no clear directions and nothing in English.

The room was functional and comfortable but the lighting quite bizarre, it took some effort and creativity to switch off the ceiling lights. I just avoided switching them on, because the room had plenty of other lights (bedside etc.). The hotel is located above a brewery and a huge restaurant with interesting creative design. It is close to the train station, restaurants and shops.The communication with clients seems to be automated and it was in Dutch which wasn't a problem since I could translate it into English through mobile applications. At the same time, all the payments (tourist tax, rooms, breakfast) being made online through links in messages the hotel kept sending, it was, at times overwhelming.Overall it was a good stay. A nice touch was the coffee machine in the room.

 Location, location location  super friendly staff, great lunch and dinner menu clean and cozy rooms air-conditioned.definitely recommend it ⭐️

absolutely nice, new, nice design, no complaints there

we needed to go to last floor up, sth like 8 up, not nice for my wife who has problems with stairs. Then luggage up is really heavy!
