The most comfortable bed & pillows we¿ve had for a long time, it was actually hard to get out of bed. The room was spacious, we loved the huge tub, nice shower and fluffy towels. The front desk staff were very friendly and talked with us about the area.

No bathroom amenities, no slippers, no refrigerator. The coffee cup from the previous guest was still in the room.

Location to event, the hotel generally nice

The lights were a bit strange and confusing. Also better bathroom lighting would be nice. And a door to the shower room that could close properly with a latch would be nice.

Was ok for the price

Reception has been very professional and kind (a special thank to Sandr). Furthermore, breakfast was really tasty and the restaurant on the top of the hotel has a spectacular view and cozy atmosphere

The staff was very friendly and service minded. The room was spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was also pleasant. Location was just right for us.

Although in general the breakfast buffet was fine, the cooked breakfast was poor. Most items were lukewarm at best, bordering on stone cold. Beans and scrambled eggs were dried out and the hash browns were burnt. If you offer it do it properly or not at all. This did not live up to the otherwise very good standard of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the lovely view from the room — it really added to the overall experience. I also appreciated how quiet it was throughout my stay, which made for a restful and peaceful environment. I would definitely consider staying here again.

In my particular case I rented a car to explore the nearby towns and cities, so I was using the hotel parking lot which is on my opinion is far from reception and not convenient if you’re traveling with family and several luggages. However, I would still definitely consider staying here again.

really nice breakfast and room size.

The kitchen facilities were really basic, I was expecting more structure like an oven or better cookware and utensils. The cleaning of the room occurs twice a week, but it was not efficient. The only change I could see was the bed tidy. No other parts of the room or bathroom were cleaned.

I was pretty late for breakfast so there was hardly anything to eat. Pretty expensive to pay for breakfast when there is hardly anything to eat.

Light in the bathroom is terrific, you need a service dog to see anything. Also super yellow, almost orange light. I couldnt see my lenses to put them in.

Location of the properties. Fair brekfast but the same food every morning.

Water has no pressure at the shower; no way to warm up the room from the AC and switching it off completely got the room quite cold during the night. I was asked to pay upfront for the whole stay which is unusual... but I know they only do that with "selected clients". Wanting to check out a day earlier, the staff told me that they don't know if they can return me the last night fee because it has been booked through Booking.com so they descoureged me in anyway they could...

The hotel is very nice, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Not only at the reception desk but also the cleaning lady who we asked to help us. We had a great time here!
