Location was hard to find. The GPS had us going in circles

Location was great

View from room to outside was disgusting looking at 5 garbage bins.Every night was noisy when staff dumped glass bottles and garbage into bins and very early in the morning garbage trucks empting the bins.Staff smoking outside drifted into our open windows.Bedding needed to be changed immediately because of disgusting stains.Flooring was dirty and not mopped in 5 days.Toilette still dirty after "being cleaned".Mould in shower corners.Damages on shower seal, wall patches, nails sticking out of walls with missing pictures.No side chair as described as booking. Room cleaning not done every day as described at booking even when door sign asked for it.After restaurant closing in the evening nobody around anymore to ask or get help.Had to go out to get a coffee in the morning. When asking for ice staff got annoyed and rude. We felt like a bother to them.At checkout nobody at the tiny desk.It seemed like the hotel was not attended after hours.IF TIME WOULD HAVE PERMITTED WE WOULD HAVE LOOKED IMMEDIATELY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL

Excellent location on Leer highstreet

Pillow very uncomfortable, really noisy from outside until very early in the morning (not much the hotel can do about this though due to location) room had a really bad drainage smell in both the toilet and bathroom. It was incredibly strong smelling all during our stay!

Location, quietness, cleanliness, friendly reception

Internet connection was poor

The appartament its new, really good views and also really really clean, and the location its perfect, really near of the shops, bar, coffes…

Good location in Leer

No coffee in room. Check in was slow and confused. Nobody at check out time. Felt remote. Seems more focus was on their restaurant. The rooms were dimly lit

Apartment was of high quality for the price paid. The furnishing was good, and high ceilings in the living room gave a very spacious feel. Kitchen was well equipped.

I was looking for the place next to highway to overnight on my way.It is cosy and quiet place. If I were aimed visit this city I would be glad as well, as this hotel just in the downtown

The staff were so helpful. They gave me an electric kettle and a glass to take up to my room which was a unique request. I really appreciated it. Also, they serve the best pizza in town..

Great central location along the shopping strip in Leer. Close to a number of shops and facilities, and the river promenade behind the hotel. The restaurant makes a great pizza with a thin, crispy crust! Check out Jessen's Fischhaus for local delicacies - super friendly staff.

Though a much prettier location than the hotels closer to the train station, you have to taxi (or trundle your bags for 10-15 min over the (attractive) cobbles). Worth it, but plan for time between hotel and bahnhof in the morning.

Splendid location in the main pedestrian street of Leer - yet very close cheap public parking. Modern interior and nice restaurant in same building

The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. We tried pizza, and I must say that was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life! I can definitely recommend ?

This property is best described as a restaurant with rooms. The lack of communal areas, lack of staff outside of restaurant opening times and lack of breakfast provision was disappointing. The smoke detector in the room had been removed. The room itself was good though.

The location is perfect for Leer City, The Bar-Restaurant of the 360 Hotel has become famous in the City, and locals prefer to have their dinner there. Congrats to the staff and to the owners.

The Hotel does not serve breakfast. Nevertheless, you can find something to eat very close to the hotel.

Very good locality and neat place

Tiny room and annoying cleaning staff. The cleaning staff keep knocking on the door even don’t disturb sign.

Perfect location in the heart of old city with parking right outside (most days). Nice clean and comfortable room.

Very nice, comfortable and clean hotelroom with downstairs an italian restaurant with terrific food.And of course we liked very much the location in the centre of Leer.

Nice location! In wlking distance to train station, directly in city centre (but in quiet side street), many cafés and restaurants nearby. Room modern, comfy and clean.
