Friendly staff, location, cleanliness.

Wonderfully friendly staff, and the room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and very good value for money. The best we had on our trip. As a solo female traveler I would highly recommend this hotel! But it would also be great for a couple, it was lovely.

Very close to the station. Clean and good-sized room. The bathroom was large and spotless. Very good breakfast. Good value.

I didn't have time to sit in the lobby for a beer from the vending machine, poured into a proper beer glass from the cabinet, but it looked very civilized.

Excellent hotel with warm and friendly staff, free ice creams.Comfortable and pleasant sitting area in the lobby, very reasonabley priced drinks in the lobby. Pleasant, spacious and light breakfast room Also possible to leave your bags for some time after check out and 2mins.walk from train/bus station and shops, but very quiet.

No A/C ( they are planning to install that) and when it's 32C. outside A/C would be greatly appreciated.Breakfast was fine for a 3* hotel but not for a 4* hotel

Nice clean hotel. Flawless, everything in good order, helpful staff.

The room was loud. A tragic light in front of the window, and some locals think that 120 dBel is a good level of noise.

There was nothing to dislike about the rooms, breakfast, sauna and staff … all brilliant.

There was a locked place to store our bikes … we thought that would be great BUT our bikes got vandalised over night. When we mentioned it to the staff, they could no5 be bothered!!!!!

Next to train station and city center with many shops and restaurants. Good free breakfast. Friendly staff. Vending machines with credit card payments on all floors to get drinks day and night. Comfortable beds.

It was very noisy this time, but that was outside. Also lots of big groups that delay check-in, but no problem. That's all in the game.

I'm riding bicycle across europe, the bike area was secure and convenient . I'm not on an E-Bike, I noticed they had power in bike area. + excellent location.

Good location and nice breakfast!

2 mattress and 2 blankets. A hotel should follow the international system and not the German system when it comes to sleeping… I booked a queen sized bed not 2 twin beds linked to each other! A bit annoying especially if you’re traveling as a couple.

I love this hotel! Great location just on the edge of the pedestrian zone in Leer, close to the train station and quick walk to old town and the Leda River port. The staff is all very professional, friendly and helpful. Great covered and secure location for bike storage (with charging outlets for you people who are into that). I needed to clean my long distance touring bike and the staff gave me a bucket of warm soapy water and a microfiber towel! The FULL breakfast is excellent and starts at 0630! There is also a very good gym and sauna.

Heavy duvet in June is probably too much heat. A blanket option would be nice.

I had to leave too early for the breakfast and the Hotel prepared a doggy bag for me.

No outside area.
