Pros +
- The lady staff when we arrived was very helpful, courteous and professional.
- The lady at the reception was friendly.
- Breakfast was good
Cons -
- Being on upper floors without lift.
- Absolutely overpriced room. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a drain. Parking facilities absolutely inadequate. With luggage, the hotel is absolutely not recommended. Cancellation options underground. The hotel itself insists on being faithful to the contract, but does not take it very seriously as far as their obligations are concerned. Sorry, but whoever insists on the contract must also deliver 100%! In Germany, however, this fairness is always interpreted to the disadvantage of the customer/guest. In this respect, this below-average quality was made in Germany.
