    Pros +

    • Very clean. Nice location and close to the bus lines
    • The breakfast was decent and the location was good
    • Breakfast was excellent!Location was great!Room was clean and comfortable.

    Cons -

    • One room card for two people and they would not give us another card. The beds were probably the most terrible thing I have slept on in many years and I'm retired military. The pillows were like a bean bag someone had taken half of the filling out of.
    • Staff was rude. We had asked for bicycle storage when we booked and were told that yes our bikes could be stored for 5 Euros. When we arrived the staff was rude and said that it was not possible. After a tense conversation he showed us to a secured location. He was very rude.
    • You have to stick the room key in a slot on the wall to activate electricity. Without being told, I'm not sure how we were ever supposed to know to do this. Also, we were only given one room key, and the front desk was vacant all night, so it was a pain going in-and-out after 8pm.

Location is excellent. Clean Comfortable and quiet. The staff were wonderful. We have stayed before (multiple rooms as a family) and we will definitely stay again.

Would have loved a coffee machine and air conditioner. But as we have stayed before - there is a lovely coffee shop / bakery around the corner (oops sorry didn't have breakfast here...there is too much to see!). And they have Fans in the rooms (thank you - we needed it!).

Awesome location directly opposite of the castle's park. Short walk to the river. Quaint small restaurants and 'small town flair' despite being part of a large city.

    9MariePosted on: 7-10-2025

It's very simple and no extra comfort. But it is completely ok for the price. And the room was very quiet and I slept well. One of the best places in this price range in Wiesbaden for me.

The room smelled a little like smoke despite being non smoker. But it was still ok.

Comfortable beds.Despite booking last minute, we got a good rate. The location is also decent, beside the park. The team are friendly.

The breakfast needs work! The selection, and quality of items, were quite poor. For example, the Orange Juice tasted and looked like an "Orange Drink", the cheap stuff that's full of colourings, added sugar, and a little orange juice. The people running this have a bit to learn when it comes to customer service! It's not that they're not friendly, they are, and I think they are trying their best, they just lack that bit of professionalism and common sense when dealing with customers. For example, when I called to confirm our arrival, I spent half of the call listening to the receptionist having another full blown conversation with someone else, while they were taking my call. It was very amateurish!

Value could be improved Paid parking not so much, but understandable in the tight neighborhood. Lack of restaurants. Found one excellent one to walk to. Loved the park for ealks.

Parking fee is high in addition to room cost.

This was a good budget stay and it’s nice that one can still book a reasonable place for an amazing price in low-season. The staff were communicative and communicated potential facility problems ahead of time. Those problems never came to fruition and there were no issues with the stay. Breakfast was excellent and a classic German experience!

Those who were smoking directly in front of the hotel would create smoking fumes which would ascend the entrance stairwell and fill all hotel halls with the acrid smell. I’m used to it but non-smokers would surely complain — the automated ground entrance doors opened and closed frequently.

Excellent breakfast buffet, perfect location in Wiesbaden, clean quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff

The property location was great. Right next to the Schlosspark and Schloss Biebrich, up the river. Lots of restaurants around.

The room was very humid and hot; it is normal for Germany not to have AC however this room did not even have a breeze go through as the window opened to the courtyard.

    Not much.

I failed to do a street level view of the neighborhood. It's pretty sketchy. The website pictures are deceptive. While it did have a lift, the lift had a habit of trying to take the arms off of guests on certain floors. Parking was via a car lift that took your car down two floors, to a basement that seemed unused. Getting into and out of the car lift was treacherous. I literally had less than three inches of space between my car and the lift walls. On street parking is almost impossible. No bar and no restaurant.

Very nice staff. Nice location next to castle and park. Lots of free parking spaces along castle grounds, but can fill up fast in the evenings

Electronic door lock system temperamental and took several tries to get to work each time.

    7KiaPosted on: 6-2-2024

Great location to the castle! Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good, (you have to pay.)

No air conditioning and parking is "free" on the crowded residential streets. But it was safe since the police station was 2 blocks away.
