Best Western Hotel Wiesbaden

Location

Breakfast is great with a variety of hot and cold selections. I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of local sparkling water prepared in the room. The staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Wifi is not stable. I lost Wifi connection quite often that I have to use my own 4G.

Breakfast.

We were using a rollator. Later at night there was no access to lift and we had to walk around the hotel and up a ramp.

The hotel offers an excellent value for money. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a modern design and a very pleasant look and feel. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to the city center. A bus stop is only a few minutes away, providing easy access to the main attractions and downtown area.Breakfast was truly excellent, offering a wide variety of both local specialties as well as hot and cold options, all well prepared and enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall pleasant atmosphere of our stay.Overall, this hotel provides a very good balance of comfort, location, and quality of service, making it a highly recommendable choice.

Good hotel. Helpful staff. Standard breakfast.

The design of the room and bathroom with photo prints.

Nice facility, staff, breakfast, and location.

I stayed there for 9 days. The room is convenient. The staff made my stay even more enjoyable, they were friendly, helpful and accommodative. My main consideration when choosing hotel is the gym which Best Western offers it! The breakfast was good as well! Love the coziness of lobby ambiance as well. Not to mention the location is strategic nearby the Train station and restaurants!

Great location! Super close to train station and easy walk to Christmas markets. Modern facilities and room. Quiet. Great buffet breakfast. Lots of different food selections

All good!

Nice that the lounge is open till late. Place was clean.

Breakfast can be improved .

The location was a 10 min walk ti the Train Station which was good, breakfast was also good and well managed by the staff. The guests lounge was also comfortable snd the staff friendly.

Although the hotel was in a good location, the pedestrian access was via 2 flights of steps not always easy with luggage.Maybe some more English language TV Channels, there were lots of mostly US shows and movies but they are all dubbed in German.

Confortable bed, clean room, awesome breakfast.

It was clean and comfortable room. And the staffs were so kind.

The location of the hotel is good, central and the breakfast was good, better than expected. Nice parking, many spots.

The cleanliness of the room could be better and the walls are paper thin. The airco didn't really warm up the small room even though it was running at its highest speed.

Great, modern rooms, super friendly staff and great value for money. The location is spot on next to the train station and parking was available too. A good breakfast in the morning rounded up the overall great experience

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Parking was easy and convenient, good breakfast, friendly staff

Spacious, very clean rooms, with all you need for a business trip, in a quiet location at a walking distance from the main train station. Friendly staff, and truly fantastic breakfast buffet - a plus when you spend the rest of the day at a profesional show.

Adding a USB-plug to the desk would be a plus.
