The staff & location were great!

Parking is limited, but not impossible. The rooms are small, but comfortable.

Easy check in and was able to park behind hotel. Hotel location was great with lots of things with in walking distance.

When returned from out, room door was was not properly closed.

clean, nice room

no air condition in rooms so it was very humid. no ramp but only steps to get into hotel. it was difficult with heavy luggage to go up steps.

The breakfast was similar to most buffet style breakfasts I have enjoyed at other European hotels. There was an adequate selection although I would prefer the option of having eggs prepared on request. Staff were very courteous and helpful

There was nothing I did not like.

It’s adorable! The architecture is beautiful and the interior is an ode to classic Hollywood, with framed film posters everywhere and a giant Oscar’s statue in the foyer.

The parking is a problem. There is no where to temporarily park while checking in, you’ll need to arrange parking over the phone ahead of time in the hotel’s tiny lot or go directly to one of the pay lots and walk over. However, the Rhein Main Congress Center lot is close by (a five minute walk) and not too expensive.

Excellent location, very convenient and the hotel is a good choice for visiting Wiesbaden

Perhaps the bathroom facilities could be refurbished as they were a little scruffy in some areas

All the staff were very nice. The room was clean, and the bathroom was huge with a bathtub.

There was a little noise at night because my room was beside the street.

Hotel was very nice. Big room with comfortable bed . Free drinks in the mini bar (inc wine and beer) plus chocolates and sweets.Good bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean.Secure parking around side of hotel.Close to centre of Wiesbaden.

Breakfest was very good. Very central location Hotel reception staff attentive and helpful. Best choice in Wiesbaden.

Check in was really good - competent efficient receptionist

No access from car park into hotel, no help with the luggagethe room card stopped working despite the fact that I had paid extra money to stay till 14:00. the receptionist on duty asked for more money without checking my checking details/invoice first.

15 minute walk from the main train station. 5 minutes to the town centre. Staff were good. Room was a good size. Mini bar beer was welcome

I don't like the square pillows. I much prefer the standard Euro ones or the longer Spanish ones.

good distance from the hotel to the train station, absolute close to the city center, cosy and very good, supportive staff

my pillow case did not match the pillow, it was much smaller, it gave a discomfort to sleep on

The statue "Famous guest" on the desk is very nice. Cozy, friendly staff, especially at the reception.

This is a cute art deco style hotel, located close to the train station, and has a little area for private parking. The rooms were surprisingly big, with comfy beds. What was an extra bonus was that the items in the mini bar were complementary. That was a first!There are also great restaurants close by, and the shops were at walking distance too.

I'm not a fan of showering in the bathtub, and there was only a small screen to prevent the shower water from going everywhere, which was not enough. Other than that, no complaints!
